Deshawn came to pick up the computer. He was very personable and a perfect gentleman. What I was most impressed by was he immediately introduced himself and handed me his card. It put me at ease and as a single woman one is always on guard regarding who is working in their home. Nano was great walking me through the process of setting up a new password and also patient with someone whose idea of technology is using the eraser of a pencil to dial a rotary telephone (and I'll admit the lightbulb was a pretty good idea also). Thank you again guys and I will pass the company name on to whomever needs computer help.

Speedy response and great service. Computer issues are never fun, but they were clear in their explanations on work being performed and answered all of our questions.

They fixed a tricky office computer problem, involving 2 computers with Xcel problems. They did this remotely for less than $100. I was very satisfied.

I put a request in for a call on Sunday, & didn't expect a call back until Monday! Within a half hour I received a call back. They listened to my problem regarding lost files from the Window 7 upgrade to Window 10. All actions were were done remotely, completed in a reasonable time, with excellent customer service, at an great price point. I would highly recommend using Nano Systems, as your go to computer support company!

They picked up and delivered the machine.

I had an old external drive that would not be read and took it in to recover pictures. I also brought at internal hard drive from my previous computer because a copy of the pictures may be there also. Nano systems was able to recover the data of my external drive and suggested turning the old internal drive into a external drive with a kit and save not getting other data storage item for the data on the faulty old drive. I was pleased with my experience.
