Their response time to issues was good. They worked diligently to fix the issues. The scanner worked then stopped. They worked until fixed it. The company was able to get my PC running faster when another Technician was not able to do it. They gave the personal touch which I appreciated.

This company and it s people are wonderful. They kept me aware of every step. They responded within an hour when I called on a Saturday afternoon. A terrific experience. My older computer is like new.

They resolved my issues over the phone quickly. However they messed up the date for calling me and needed to reschedule. Great work though.

Very accommodating! Came to my home, and took my computer to their shop, and returned it the next day all fixed up. Rashan really knows his stuff! Everything is working great now. Highly recommend them.

Availability was very good. They seemed very competent. They did underestimate the problem and took longer to resolve than I would have liked. I believe they understood it but underestimated. They provided alternative options for later as the system we were using is outdated which made finding hardware difficult.

Quick total fix for my laptop. Work first-rate. The office is kind of disorganized. They seem to be more focused on the tech side than on customer service, but they got the job done quickly and reasonably so don't let that put you off.

Work was promised for the next day, but computer wasnâ t returned until the 2nd day. I indicated that 11:30 would be convenient when they asked. I was then asked if 8:45 would work. I said no ,but 11:30 would work . Tech returned my computer a couple of hours late without calling to let me know he was delayed. No statement telling me what they had to fix.

This is the best experience I have had with an IT company - or any service company for that matter. The owner of the company drove to my office to get me up and running and was the fastest response of any of the Home Advisor suggestions. Upon arriving on site he not only addressed my computer problem but figured out where I had other weaknesses in my business technology that were costing me money. Nanosystems is a top notch group to work with and I will do it again.

I am not very computer savvy, however the worker was very helpful and patient and made me feel comfortable as he worked with me.

They are really, nice really quick, have good communication with you and just know everything they came to pick up my PC and everything. Don't think their is a better service out there. Really recommend them.

I felt very comfortable working with the representative as well as the return caller to finish one last set up. Nanosystems performed a full system image backup on my Windows laptop prior to me sending it to the vendor for repair. I was totally impressed! Virtually immediate response to my initial request, fair pricing and the extras they provide really sets them apart: pickup st my home, video of the backup in operation in their lab, they even took the mailing to Fedex. Friendly proactive staff. Top notch company.
