I have had 2 prostate surgeries and numerous treatments, and looked at this as a last resort.  The medtronics has significantly my quality of life in terms of dealing with this problem.

I found them to be very motivated to help find solutions. They were eager to work with my physician's office and to document problems in order to create a more substantial knowledgebase for future problem solving.

As always very professional. I was having no issues but we updated information that would be valuable to both of us in the future.

Since the implantation I have had to have numerous adjustments to the device. So far none of these adjustments have been successful. I still hold out hope that the device will work... thus I will continue to seek further adjustments. The overall grade reflects the failure of the device to work as it is supposed to work.

The technicians were very helpful in finding the problem. They mailed a new device overnight.

Our diabetic nurse drove from Billings to Bozeman (290 miles) to explain the Medtronics pump.  As her dad, I needed to set up the pump with the Medtronics web page for uploading the pump.  Also, as a dad, I felt if I messed up on any detail, I was risking Olivia's commitment to the pump, and ultimately risking her health.  

Medtronics understands diabetics.  Their web page is very simple and easy to use.  The pump is very durable and it's been tested as my daughter plays volleyball, and rides mountain bikes and horses.  
Having a solid, dependable company behind a product and service in which the health of your child depends, is worth more to a parent than I can explain.  Hope this review helped.

The medical equipment I purchased from Medtronics is not working. They never could get it set right. And think some of it is because of a screw-up in the operating room. The Medtronics tech was in a hurry and told them to close me up. So, now, I have to go back and have it out and have another back surgery. Medtronics has been very unwilling to help me with or even discuss with me that they're might be something wrong with their devise. So, if anyone else is thinking about getting a Medtronics implant, because they do diabetes and pain medication equipment, they have all kinds of stuff. There's a lot of stuff out there that's made by them.
