Description of Work: The first visit to diagnose our gas fireplace burner cutting out was free!! After agreeing to observe and watch further I contacted Dr. Dave with more information. He returned and replaced the thermocouple and thermopile. He is honest, friendly, and quality-oriented. He is not the type of repairman to start swapping parts out to see if that fixes the issue. He diagnoses the problem correctly the first time, saving the customer time and money.

Description of Work: Needed my fireplace cleaned up and looked at to make sure all was well. Our guy was AWESOME!! He was very personable and truly seemed to be out for my best interests. I had cleaned the inside of my fireplace a bit before he came and he actually took money off my regular charge just because he didn't have to clean as much! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Description of Work: Dr. Dave was wonderful, knowledgable, super friendly, neat and professional. | |He made two fireplaces sparkle like new again, correctly installing logs (where previous owners had made a mess) and neatly repainted several areas with bumps, scratches, rust. He also installed a remote for my husband's office... They look like new again!

Description of Work: Dave replaced the thermopile, cleaned the entire fireplace including the glass, re-painted the interior of the fireplace due to a lot of rust, and added a blower at our request. The blower wasn't part of the original plan but it came up during discussion and Dave had one in his van so we decided to do it. Dave was awesome and I highly recommend him to anyone.
