Brought my truck in to be detailed and they ended up breaking my mirror off. Then they wanted to replace the broken mirror with a used one from a junk yard, because a new one would have been $1500. to replace (somehow thats was my problem). After about a month of going back and fourth and unable to find a used one in the junk yard he had a new one put on through a auto body company.. GOOD LUCK!!

I had similar problems as another person mentioned. I knew something was going to go wrong when they never asked me for my name when I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment they had a deer-in-the-headlights look. My name was not listed anywhere and the shop was busy. I think the manager/owner personally tinted my windows to keep the shop moving. The office person seems unorganized. No personal service, no friendly smile, barely a thank you for coming in. On the plus side, the work was done well.

This operation is not run very professionally. When I showed up for my appointment, the office was cluttered and the person there did not have me written down on their schedule, which was a month calendar on the cluttered desk. She looked around and eventually pulled out another day-planner calendar and found my appointment. Apparently my appointment was never transferred over to the other calendar so they were now overbooked. I left my car at 8 a.m. and she told me they would call when it was finished. The shop closes at 5 p.m. so when I had not gotten a call by 4:30 I called and was told my car was ready. They reminded me that the shop closed at 5 with no consideration to the fact that they had never called me to say my car was finished.
When I got to the shop a technician was still working on my car. Apparently he noticed a hair under one of the films and was reinstalling it. After he was finished, they gave me my keys and nothing else. There was no documentation for the window film, no warranty materials, and no instructions. I asked the technician and he said I was "in their system" so I could call if I had any issues. (They never did take my last name, so I don't know how their "system" is organized.) I started my car and got a warning indicator about the back brake light, which wasn't reinstalled. After waiting another 20 minutes for them to reinstall the brake light, I left. The next day I went to put something in my trunk and noticed the three head rests from the back seat that they didn't reinstall either.
I had a Groupon for this service, which is why it was so cheap. I don't think the quality of service would have been any better if I'd paid full price, though.
