Description of Work: My hard drive died, and they replaced it. They saved all the files that were on it, and copied them to the the new drive in their entirety.

Description of Work: My computer really died and I couldn't access anything on it. I took it to Best Buy's Geek Squad and their in the store eval was that it needed more advanced services to recover my documents than they could do in the store. They suggested it could take a couple of weeks and several hundred dollars to recover the info. I decided to get a second opinion from Chipheads - took my computer in to their store in Richfield (6333 Penn Ave S.) and they were able to quickly tell me that they could recover the info in their shop and that it would take a couple of days only because there were other customers ahead of me. They put the info they recovered onto their drive then I brought in my new laptop and they installed my old info onto the new laptop. Very easy to work with the staff, easy to get to, great service!!!
