Description of Work: Wanted to move a sink to another location. Problematic in that other work beyond my budget would need to be performed as well. I appreciate Cady's weekend availability as it was important for me to get the information I needed to make a solid decision with my family. We have decided not to change anything at this time. I would recommend getting estimates from Cady as they are reasonably priced and professional.

Description of Work: Metro came to repair a sliding glass door that allowed rainwater to come through. They inspected the door and told us how to fix it simply. The fix worked and they didn't charge us a penny because it was easy for us to do and it built a lot of goodwill toward them. We would certainly call them to help us again.

Description of Work: I had to get a new sewer pipe and a lot was dug up in front of my house, including removal of my front gate and part of the chain link fence. Metro home replaced the pole and gate, also moved the heavy leftover (no longer usable, it had cement on one end) to a good place, back of my garage.

Description of Work: I CALLED THIS COMPANY TO GET SOMEONE TO DO WALL REPAIRS IN MY BATHROOM AND INSTALL A PEDESTAL SINK. A QUOTE WAS GIVEN BY PHONE. I WAS THEN TOLD I WOULD BE CONTACTED BY THE PERSON WHO WOULD ACTUALLY BE DOING THE WORK WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SCHEDULE A TIME. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO AND I''M STILL WAITING. I''VE LEFT 3 PHONE MESSAGES SINCE THEN AND HAVEN''T HEARD FROM ANYONE. EVERYONE I SPOKE WITH WAS COURTEOUS, BUT THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT RESPONSIVE EVEN THOUGH THE OWNER SAID THEY WEREN''T EXTREMELY BUSY.

Description of Work: WE CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE ON PAINTING AND SOME DECK REPAIR. IT TOOK THEM A WEEK TO CALL US TO SET UP A TIME FOR THE ESTIMATES AND WORK. THE PAINTER SHOWED UP AND WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE AND SAID HE WOULD CALL BACK IN A FEW DAYS WITH THE ESTIMATE. NO ONE CALLED AND THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP ON THE DATE DESIGNATED FOR THE DECK REPAIR. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
