Description of Work: They cleaned all of our Oriental Rugs and several Karastan beige wool area rugs while our house renovation was taking place. Picked up, estimated costs, recommended repairs, cleaned and delivered efficiently and reliably. Also recommended higher quality, but affordable, pads for all rugs. All communication and service was very professional and responsive. All of the rugs look beautiful.

Description of Work: They cleaned a wool area rug that had been in storage for a year and a half. Then they had the damaged mildewed edge trimmed and surged. They were very prompt, and courteous when they picked up and delivered the rug. The rug looks great.

Dear client , As a matter of practice , we never promise stain removal . You had tried cleaning these rugs yourself and browned them out . We had said that we would do our best but made no promise . Stain removal is at best a trial and error situation , let alone using chemicals to clean them ! We would be happy to redo them at no charge . Best Sam Navab

Description of Work: American Rug Laundry was terrific. They came to pick up the rugs at my convenience, sent me an email with the pictures of the rugs unfolded pre-cleaning, held the rugs an extra two weeks, and provided great service on top of this. I plan to use them again for regular rug cleaning as well.

Description of Work: The company that arrived is a subcontractor for the American Rug Company. They cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet and applied scotchguard tothe living and dining room, stairs, hallway, and two bedrooms. They two men arrived on time and completed the work in just over an hour. I was a little surprised by the total cost, even with a 20% discount coupon. There are so many advertisments for whole house carpet cleaning for $100-$200, I wa somewhat taken aback when our bill came to $500. I guess I was remiss in not asking for an estimated cost prior to the arrival of the crew. Once they were there, I felt obligated to continue. However, the bottom line is the carpet is clean.
