All Day Haul Away

Description of Work: The employees that removed our junk were very professional and upfront about how the process was to go.

Description of Work: The Hunks removed a large office desk, with arm return, from my basement. |They assessed the situation and removed the door to the basement prior to bringing it up. The basement door was handily reattached and my old desk was |GONE! They also took a loveseat which I had in my garage along with |carpet I had pulled up. The guys were courteous and efficient.

Description of Work: Took all that we cleared from shed and porch. |Twin bed box cost $17. recycle fee. |Took old landscaping beams. |And, they hustled!

Description of Work: They removed "junk" from my basement and garage. They were a little late but I was the last appointment of the day so its to be expected. I wasn't too concerned because they were able to work my service in the same day I called for an appointment. Had them before would have them again. Its always so easy to work with them.

Description of Work: I purchased one of the Big Deals for $99. I had an old playset out back made of treated lumber. I took it down and sawed a couple of the really long boards in half and piled it in the driveway. Hunks Removing Junk was going to pick it up early in the morning, and then it was delayed and then delayed again. Hunks Removing Junk said they had a truck down, so they were running late. When the guys arrived in the afternoon, they were friendly and quick. After loading everything up, they said they had put a $50 credit on my account because of the delays. So that is there if I use them again which I thought was nice. Overall, I was able to schedule a pickup fairly quickly and once they got here it was quick, and the guys were friendly and considerate.

Description of Work: They were to show up between 11:00 & 1:00, at 2:10 after I called said 20 min., showed up at 3:20, then spent 15 min rearranging there truck.

Description of Work: I had a large amount of lumber scraps, trash and cardboard sitting in my garage and just needed someone to haul it away. I had purchased a "deal" for $99 for $200 worth of hauling. It ended up costing me an extra $100 for the volume. The men came when they were supposed to. I'm not overly picky as long as the job gets done completely and on time, which they did. I would use them again if I needed junk hauled away. I liked that they recycle a majority of what they haul. I also had a couple of CRT TV's which contributed to the cost.

Description of Work: I bought Hunks removing junk through a big deal. I thought it was well worth the cost. I have a problem shed, just full of I'm not even sure what anymore. Through the deal I was able to get half of it emptied. It's lovely being able to see the floor again. I was very please with the service.

Description of Work: They came and picked up a bunch of junk that was too big to throw away. They were short-staffed that day, and were running late all day. We had to reschedule multiple times within the day because they were going to be late every time and I had other appointments. Once they finally showed up, they were friendly, efficient, and did good work. I actually had more stuff than my allotted space, but they waived the extra cost due to the inconvenience without me even asking.

Description of Work: There was a small problem in their availability to make an appointment, however, they did come out promptly once the appointment was scheduled. The two young men were presentable, and quickly removed the items I requested to have moved.

I had an Angies List coupon, but that only |covered about a third of what I needed out. I had expected that it would cover more.

Description of Work: They hauled junk away from our basement, and also moved a few pieces of furniture for us, including a sofa-bed from upstairs down to the newly remodeled family room in the basement. They were professional, helpful, careful and responsive. This is a great service and I would recommend them highly!
