All Day Haul Away

It went wonderfully. They came when they said they would and had everything loaded on the truck within a matter of minutes. Great work, good experience.

When all done, I was pleased. I missed the fine print on the offer, which included a smaller hauler than I originally expected. I also didn't get an email that requested I call to schedule an appointment. After I did schedule an appointment, the vendor didn't show up. I called them, left a message and they promptly returned my call the Monday after my scheduled Saturday appointment. I had to move all of the junk a second time--to the top of my driveway to accommodate my car in the garage. They offered to come out to pick it up, even when I wasn't available-given its location. Because of the appointment mix up and as part of an apology, the company offered to haul away everything I had piled up--slightly more than the $99 offer. They handled this mix-up very professionally and the gesture to haul it all away was appreciated.

it went perfect! Great communication setting up the appt. and the day of the appt. They met me at the duplex and cleaned up the shed in a short amount of time. I will definitely use this company again!

Went great, fast and efficient.

The two person crew showed up on time and worked diligently to haul out old tile flooring, sheetrock, cabinets, and misc. demolition debris from my bathroom remodeling job. I had originally signed up for $55 of trash removal, knowing that my debris pile would necessitate an upcharge. I'm not completely satisfied that the way they calculated the difference was quite accurate, but I was glad to have the debris gone and the garage floor swept. The crew had a cost menu that described pricing, but it was based on size of load---an ambiguous measure. They should base their charges on "cubic yards"--like dumpster companies do, you can accurately quantify what your trash cost will be.

Both times they have been responsive and courteous. This past time they were able to accommodate the same day for our schedule change, which was very helpful!

The ad for this supplier was very misleading. It really wasn't $49.95 -- it was only a discount. and actual fee was much higher...difficult to contact as well. That is why I didn't use them. I'll not get sucked into anything like that again. Buyer beware....I lost $49.95.

I was concerned because I purchased the big deal and did not hear from them for over 2 weeks. After contacting them directly they said there were problems with emails sometimes. I was also concerned because I did not know how much junk they would take based on '4 washing machine' guideline. We made an appointment. Jason and Hodor the 2 came right at the appointed time. I showed them what I wanted gone and very efficiently and fast they piled it in their trailer. Ten minutes after arriving they were gone, and so was the junk I wanted gone. Excellent experience. I will definitely use them again.

It was okay. The initial call was on Friday. They scheduled an appointment for Monday. The driver tried to cancel and then changed his mind. When they arrived they assessed the amount of stuff that I had and determined that I had more than the 4 yards I had paid for in advance they showed me what the price would be on a list before starting to work. We agreed to the amount and they removed everything I asked them to.

I tried scheduling with them on Oct 19 but never heard back from them. I tried calling their voicemail but it was full so I couldn't leave any message. Later I e-mailed them again asking to come in Nov 9 or 11 or 13 and they finally e-mailed back saying they could come in on any day. I picked Nov 9 but again never heard back. I called them again on the morning of Nov 9th and they confirmed to come in on Wed, Nov 11th between 9-10am. I told them it would be mostly yard waste. No one showed up on that morning, so I called them and they made up that "Oh! we thought it was Thursday and not today". Anyways, I asked them come in on Friday, Nov 13th. No body showed up on that day as usual and when I called back they mentioned it was yard waste and our "yard waste truck" will not be in Eagan that day. You didn't tell us about yard waste before which I DID EVERY SINGLE TIME during my phone conversation with them. They asked to re-schedule it for Monday, Nov 16. This time it rained on Monday and of course, no one showed up like always. It's Thursday today and I haven't heard back from them in terms of rescheduling or anything. No courtesy call whatsoever. SO TIRED OF DEALING WITH THEM. I will be returning my coupon to Angies and if not, I'll dispute it through my credit card. I'm not going to pay such losers who don't know how to conduct business professionally.

Overall the service was good. I probably didn't buy the right service because we had to pay more due to the amount they hauled away. They were a little late in arriving, but did a good job. I will probably use them again.

Basically it went well. The guys seemed unfamiliar with the Angie's List deal I bought but they straightened it out with a phone call. Also, I was a bit surprised by a $20 surcharge for a mattress. But they did a good job and I would use them again.

I was really kind of disappointed. I mean it was two young kids. There was no professionalism about it, they would just grab what they thought was suppose to go and they took everything and I can't say they didn't but it was just not a comfortable feeling.

They were responsive, flexible and awesome. They called on the agreed upon day and showed up with a truck.

They also told me tthat it would cost an additional $65.00, over and above the $49.00 that I had already paid for the Big Deal. The next day, a different employee said it was going to cost approximately $160.00 + . At this point, I have decided to cancel and request for refund - I no longer wish to do business with this service provider. Brent was very kind, however, his employee over quoting me and the two missed appointments caused me to take my business elsewhere. My grades reflect, not Brent, but his employee and the missed appointments.

After signing me up for the deal when I called to schedule they said they do not service Lake Elmo. This is part of the Twin Cities, which they advertise they serve. I think they should state the areas they actually cover before people sign up for the deal. Just a big hassle. I don't recommend.

I thought it went very well. They actually came early and were ready to work. Both men were very pleasant and did all the work efficiently

Great. I took the deal on Angies list to get them out to my place. They showed up and by the time they had left the truck was nearly full. They cut me a deal on the overage and I'd absolutely use them again. For the amount of material they hauled out vs the price there's no reason to use a bagster to get rid of your big trash items.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The provider didn't perform the services. They were scheduled to come between 12:30-2:30 on 10/14/15. They told me there were here before 11 (I was at an eye appointment). They said they weren't coming back. They were rude on the phone and blamed me since they called (while I was at my appointment). I rescheduled with them for 10/15, they never showed and never called me to say they weren't coming. I contact them on 10/16 to see if they were coming today. Their response was "why was this a big deal?" and continued to be rude on the phone. I told them to give me a refund. Since they continued to say that their not being here was "no big deal" and kept challenging me perception of how this transaction should have gone, I reiterated that I wanted a refund. UPDATE: The company offered to pick up items for free to make up for the previous experience. I was told that the two people that I had worked with were let go. I've changed most of the ratings from F to C.

Wonderfully, on time, friendly, polite, efficient, and they cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased and yes I'd hire them again.

Everything went very well. They were prompt, polite and fun. They were really fast!! I would recommend using them. I sure will again.

The guys showed up and hauled pretty much everything they could, according to the deal I purchased, away. They were up-front with the extra charges for some of my items (2 mattresses) and were to the point in explaining why there were extra charges involved (it costs them extra money to drop mattresses off at the dump). Overall, a good experience. Would recommend these guys!

These guys were amazing! Right on with the scheduling. Price was very fair considering the work they had to do. They couldn't get everything in the first load, so came back the following day to get the rest. I asked if they could haul a butcher block table to the garage, which they readily did. They were kind and thoughtful, which was a major plus because the woman who lives in the home has dementia and becomes anxious. It was a huge relief , in a difficult situation, to hire this company and have such a good experience, Thank you fellows!

Two workers arrived almost to the minute we had agreed upon. There was a brief discussion about whether or not the load conformed to the discounted offer; but after I we talked they agreed that I had been careful not to exceed the conditions of the offer. They loaded up the items I had collected to be removed. In addition they mentioned that some reusable items such as crayons would be donated to a local school.
