Description of Work: I did not use because Angie's List did not include their service area in the ad as they had in the past. They were great about resolving the problem but Angie's List was difficult to work with.

Description of Work: They delivered the dumpster with a 2-wheel drive truck on a day the roads were covered with ice. They never called to say when they were coming. The truck jack-knifed on my street, blocking the road and only one man was sent to deliver it and when he became stuck his boss basically told him to figure it out. The dumpster had to be left at the end of my icy drive, not allowing me to safely get the junk from my garage to the dumpster. They came out the next day - again without my knowing when - but at least this time they came with a dumpster truck and loaded the junk for me (heavy construction debris). The original dumpster was retrieved 2 days later. I do want to say that the young man - Ben - who came out originally and the next day was truly attempting to remedy the situation, but the owner/boss was not very professional in how he handled the phone conversations or the situation. Ben deserves recognition for his professionalism and courtesy. But I will not be using them again.

Description of Work: After several miscommunications about the delivery date of the dumpster (which wasn't available on the date I had been scheduled) we finally worked out a day and the dumpster was delivered. It was a home made unit and it was so tall (about 7 feet) that items had to be tossed in over the sides and so couldn't be arranged so that more could fit in. I paid an extra $7.00 dollars for an additional day's rental because I was waiting for my son to be available to help me load the big stuff.

Description of Work: The price seemed good. The issue was in interacting with the company. We communicated via Angie's List and scheduled the service through the Angies List messaging. When we called to confirm the date and time, the person on the phone said we did not schedule anything with them. According to the person, they don't communicate via Angies List. But, they said they would be there that day anyway between a specific time period. I ordered the service for my son, who stayed home from work that day to meet the person. They never showed up. Instead, they showed up at my house and said they would go to my son's home from there. They did not. When my daughter-in-law called to find out what happened, the person on the phone was exceptionally rude to her (and caused her to cry from the verbal abuse). The person on the phone gave complete fabrications. I allowed myself to cool off for the weekend before trying again the following week. However, again, we were contacted via Angies List messaging. I ignored it. Then, my son got a call from someone who wanted to reschedule. Not wanting to have my son take another day off, my wife decided to meet them. They did eventually show up (but after the time window), and took the junk. The one concession was that they took something that they wouldn't normally have taken. | |We've used 1800GOTJUNK before, and always had good service from them. We've learned our lesson, and will go to 1800GOTJunk in the future instead of this service.

Description of Work: My single complaint about their service related to timeliness. I was given a window between 9 and 10am. They arrived after noon. I had to call to find out why they were late (several times)and kept getting new estimates. Once they arrived, they were very professional and did a really good job.

Description of Work: After scheduling the delivery of the dumpster twice and them not showing up, I chose to cancel the service. When I would call to see if they were bringing the dumpster, they would always tell me they didn't know where my dumpster was. After losing my $115, I will not use this company in the future.

Description of Work: Very nice and responsive but there was a miscommunication and they actually didn't provide the purchased service in our area. So we didn't get the exact service paid for. However, they tried to make it right and provided a comparable disposal service.
