They worked quickly and efficiently, were on time, and gave me peace of mind to have so much "junk" removed. After 35 years of gathering dust and space, it is GONE!! Thanks to the "Junk Genius."

Description of Work: Hauled away several items from our garage. Moved a VERY heavy commercial file cabinet into the garage from an office. Both gentlemen were great and went beyond making this move for us.

Description of Work: DO not buy a big deal from Angie List for All Day Haul Away if you want them to pick up a TV. I paid $99 for an Angie list Big deal to haul away 4 cu yards. When I called the vendor to schedule the job they told me there would be an additional charge of $200 to recycle my TV. This was ridiculous. I called a number of their competitor's and I was quoted from $25 to $45 for a recycling fee. I feel like All Day Haul Away was trying to not honor the Angie list deal that I had already paid for with their $200 recycling fee and charge me twice for what I had already paid for with the Angie list Big Deal. I questioned them on this and they claimed that is what it cost them. Yet two other vendors quoted $154 to do the haul away of the TV and the recycling fee. All Day Haul Away wanted the $99 for the Angie List Big Deal and an additional $200 for the recycling fee above what I had already paid. The Angie List Big Deal would end up costing me twice what it would cost me to get the job done with no Angie List coupon.

Description of Work: An Angies Big Deal was purchased for All Day Haul Away to remove junk from my home and garage. They sub-contracted with another Hauler to do the job. The sub showed up on time and loades what I had jnto the truck, then charged me their full price as they would not accept the Angies list coupon. When I was contacted by Angies List I explained what had happened and was soon contacted by All Day Haul Away who when they heard what transpired were very apologetic and offered to double the coupon value on their next visit. Worked for me as I am moving and will need one more haul-away before I leave. In the end, I will have had all the junk removed with a double discount on the services performed with just one bump on the road on an otherwise smooth road.
