Professional 2 person team on time, hauled very heavy stuff cheerfully!

It went well, they arrived on time and did the job that I required. The only reason I would not use them again is because I no longer live in their area.

They were very good. They were really nice people.

They were on time, 2 men came, took all the brush and made sure it fit in one load by jumping on the load as the truck was being filled. Good attitude, cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again

We've used this company before. They are very customer service oriented. The 'hunks' are friendly, communicate well and work quickly and efficiently. The price quoted is never the price you pay. We had more junk than was allowed for the $111 dollar add, but they did not charge us for one special item that would cost them a little more to dispose of. All in all, we would use them again, definitely.

It took me two attempts to contact them. The first time I phoned he was busy and said they would call me back, but didn't. The second time he answered and scheduled the appointment two days out. The two guys who showed up were very prompt and polite. They efficiently removed a heavy entertainment center from my basement and other stuff from my garage. I was very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.

Showed up during the scheduled time-frame. Removed articles as directed. Did not have a receipt book with them, however. Overall did a good job.

WHEN I MADE MY CALL I STATED THAT I HAD A 7 FT OVERSTUFFED COUCH WITH RECLINERS, 2 MEN CAME 1 MUSCULAR 1 SCRAWNY. "THERE IS NO WAY WE CAN GET THIS OUT OF THE BASEMENT" i REPLIED IT WENT DOWN IT HAS TO GO UP. SCRAWNY GUY, COME TO FIND OUT WAS ALLERGIC TO CATS AND I HAVE 5 OF THEM..HE SPENT ALOT OF TIME COUGHING UP A LUNG AND SNEZING. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HELPED MOVE THE FURNITUREOUT OF MY BASEMENT, I SHOULD WORK FOR THE COMPANY..I GOT A SIZEABLE DISCOUNT DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HELPED AND THAT MY WOODWORK AROUND MY DOOR FRAME AND HANDRAIL WAS SEVERELY DAMAGED.. MAYBE IN FUTHER MORE THAN 2 GUYS SHOULD COME TO A JOB WITH HEAVY FURNITURE. IT TOOK 4 PEOPLE TO GET THAT COUCH INTO MY BASEMENT..

I contacted the provider and had an odd and elongated conversation. The staff person I spoke with wanted to be very clear that they would clean the garage and that they would put everything back in the garage before they left, but that they would not organize the contents. The provider actually encourage me to seek the refund from Angie's list, which gave me no confidence that they wanted to perform the work described in the offer. The staff person mentioned repeatedly that they would haul stuff away for an additional fee, he wasn't very excited to hear that we didn't need the service.

Two very pleasant young men showed up on time and worked for an hour and a half along side me organizing my garage and creating a pile of discards. They provided the manual labor I can no longer do. We really got a lot done in a short period of time. I am very pleased with this part of the service which I paid $109.00 for. That works out to be $36.33 per man hour. A fair price, but not a steal. What I am not pleased with is the charge of $274.00 to haul away my pile of junk. What started out as a $109.00 job ended up being nearly $400.00. I really feel taken advantage of. This is too bad, as the employees were great. Buyer beware.

I had previously moved the majority of the accumulated junk to the back patio so when the "Hunks" arrived (on time) they quickly and efficiently made the pile go away.

I made an appointment for Friday at 1:30. No one showed up. I called at 4:00 and was told They had called and left me a message to call them and confirm. I never got that message just a message to call them which I believed was from the original call I made to them. I'm not sure whose mix-up it was. He promptly rescheduled it for the next day at a time of my choosing. The hunks they sent out were very pleasant. They got the job done quickly and everything I wanted removed was able to be included at no extra charge over the cost of the Angie's Daily Deal. Other than the schedule mix-up which was handled very professionally, I was very pleased and will definitely use them again.

I called for an estimate because I wanted same day service. I also called 4 other providers with top ratings. They were the least expensive and said they could remove the appliance within about an hour. Hunks was the cheapest estimate and since they had another convenient stop that day, they gave me a good price and they arrived approximately an hour after I confirmed with them. The "hunks" were friendly and courteous. There was a scratch on the wood door frame but, all things considered, I would use them again.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out just fine. They were punctual, they communicated, and they were very efficient.

Arrived as promised, moved all the items taking appropriate care. Pressure washed the entire floor. Cleaned up the water and moved the items back into the garage.

We called Hunks Hauling Junk in response to a Groupon offer - $99 for removing and hauling 3 (or maybe 4?) cubic yards of junk. This was great, because it saved us having to wrestle these bulky and large items up from our basement. The two young men arrived on time, and both were very nice, and very efficient. It was a great relief to have this work done so quickly and easily. I would definitely call them again. (And yes, they were very attractive too!)

Pretty simple, we managed to get a date set and they came and picked it up!

I will give them A's all the way down the line for everything. It didn't cost more than the big deal purchase. They were prompt, helpful and pleasant. They did a good job. I would use them in the future.

We had to call these people several times before they showed up.they did no organizing at all. they moved all items out of the garage, power washed floor and moved items back into garage.

The two men that showed up walked through the house and shed as I identified everything to be removed. They provided an accurate estimate of the total cost, removed everything from wherever it was and cleaned up afterward. A real nice job for a task many would avoid..

Good guys, arrived late becuz other job took much longer then planned, Angies should mention even w a coupon there is a recycling fee for electronics, anything with a motor, it was an extra $50 for my items. Would like to know that ahead of time - either on Angies or provider when I called to set up p/up.

It went well in general. I did call specifically to ask if it would include some small appliances (dehumidifiers) and was told it would. they did NOT mention at the time that I would have to pay an extra disposal fee for the dehumidifiers. It seems like with a specific question about that, they could have been clear from the start.

they did a good job. they arrived on time, although someone had something on the bottom of his boots that caused some foot prints on the hallway carpet. they offered to take their shoes off, but since I don't have carpets in the house, and the hall was already printed it didn't make much sense at that point. they very quickly were able to get a very messy basement filled with stacks and piles of stuff organized into a more usable space. they also helped organize the garage. they were very thoughtful and organized and FAST! the only thing I could even come close to disliking was that they kept offering to take stuff away. I tend to be a keeper and hate to get rid of stuff, but let them take rugs and blinds, and some wood, a sewing machine and a couple of other things. it wasn't until they were leaving that I found out there was a charge for them to take it all away. I was a little taken aback by the extra charge and wouldn't have had them haul anything had I known there would be a charge.

They were extremely responsive when scheduling the appointment. They were about 30-45 minutes later than the window I was given, but I also had requested one of their very last slots of the day as I work full time and couldn't get home earlier, so it was to be expected - things happen. They called to let me know they would be running late. Once here, they were polite, efficient, and friendly. Surely will use again.

They came while we were at work. We had put everything we wanted gone in a pile in the backyard. They had come and not only took everything, but even raked up the leaves that was around it all. They did a great job!
