The two men showed up within the time frame given and were quick and efficient in loading and removing the items that we had accumulated in the garage. The additional costs for extra truck space & disposal fees for the tire and electronics significantly increased the overall cost of the removal (above the Angie's list deal price/coupon), however - I was pleasantly surprised that they honored the full value of my Deal Coupon even though it's original expiration date had passed!

The crew showed up on schedule and they were very attentive to my instructions for how I would like things done. They worked hard all day and had things wrapped up by days end. Overall they were very professional and considerate. They were also very patient with my detailed instructions and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. When we had one minor issue regarding the cleanup, Brent made sure to send someone out the next day to take care of it. These guys are great and I would feel very confident recommending them to anyone who needs demolition or cleanup work done. I would certainly use them again if the need arose.

They went through everything, threw stuff away, and cleaned. They did an enormous amount of work. Ben and Jason were amazing. they were very courteous, kind and generous. I would highly recommend them for a super service award. They were just amazing, I was very impressed, it was a great experience and I am thrilled.

This was for a specific amount of junk removal. I called to set up an appointment and was surprised when a truck showed up at the exact time one week early. I made sure that I did have an appointment for the following Friday. On the date for the arranged service, I left work early to make sure I was home on time. They were supposed to be at my house by 3:30. By 4:30, no one had showed up. I called and spoke to the man in charge. He said he would call me in ten minutes to let me know when the truck was coming, nearly an hour later, I initiated another call. 5:30 rolled around and I called back and he said there was a truck close by but it was too full to really take anything. They showed up anyway after 6 pm. They backed into my driveway, into a tree, which broke off a significant branch. We talked and made an arrangement for the following Saturday morning as the truck was too full. As they were drove away, some of the junk in the truck dropped into my yard. I was shouting to them as they were driving away, but they did not stop. I dragged it to the curb myself. We had arranged for a 10:30 am appointment, but when I got home, around 5 after 10, they were already loading things into the truck that they were assuming I wanted to have taken. The junk that I wanted to have taken was taken and all the costs were reasonable but the non-monetary costs in time and frustration were not. It was one of those incidents where you ask, can it any worse, it does. I had a tire that needed taken, which had additional costs. The guys that came really did work hard, but there seemed to be a problem with organization and time management.

It worked out fine. They were really flexible in their schedule because I wasn't sure what day I wanted to do it then I changed my mind. They went back and forth with me which was really great. They arrived when they said they would. Actually, I didn't have as much junk but the ad said that their price included recycling fees and the guys said that it doesn't and then I showed them and he said oh okay. He was willing to negotiate because I didn't have as much stuff, but I had stuff that needed to be recycled and we were able to negotiate that and I think that was very nice.

Came at scheduled time, work quickly. Very helpful service.

The service turned out great. I felt the cost was well worth the service. They were able to schedule me right away and they got the work taken care of after the walk through within 20 minutes.

Brent was very prompt returning phone calls and delivering as promised. He sent 3 very respectful and hardworking men to do the work. They were unobtrusive, cleaned up after themselves and over all I could not be happier. I am a perfectionist and I have nothing but the best things to say about Brent and his team. Thank You. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

It was fine. I had to pay more than I had expected because the Big Deal only included a small amount. One guy came to do the work and was here for about a half an hour.

I paid additional charges. You get a separate charge for dumping. Every item had a separate junkyard fee. I don’t think this was clear and I ended up paying $200.

It was okay. I wasn't overly thrilled with it. The request was that they were going to do a half of truck of garbage. We had a coupon for each one that my husband had purchased. They didn't bring a truck big enough for that and they said you can only use one coupon at a time, so we had to pay for more of the services and stuff so we just weren't really thrilled with it.

It went great once we got scheduled. They were punctual and professional. I have even purchased another Big Deal to use them again in the future!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were quite professional. They took the things I needed them to take and they were careful when carrying things through the house so they didn't damage anything. They were prompt. I was quite satisfied. I didn't spend any additional. The price was fine but I'm not too sure because it was an Angie's List Deal.

The service was great. They came in and cleaned out. They are two very nice guys. They come and do it, and they are very thorough. They had to haul dresses and stuff out of my basement, and so they are strong, very flexible and willing to do what I ask.

Hunks Removing Junk were punctual. They actually came early. It was what they said it was. They were professional. They did a good job and their price is competitive.

Once they arrived, it went smoothly. Prior to the appointment, I had a hard time getting a hold of them. Once we agreed on a day and time, they did not arrive. It was difficult to get a hold of them again to schedule a follow up day and time which was more than frustrating.

We bought an Angie's List Big Deal. The price was amazing for the amount they would remove. They initial replied quickly, as guaranteed by Angie. But later on, their responsiveness was very slow. It was also hard to get confirmation. When we finally confirmed a date and time frame, it took them forever to get there. When we finally called them to ask, they said it was because the team had cell phone problems. But the office was able to contact them to get an estimated arrival. Okay. Even so, the team arrived much later than the estimated arrival from the call. We had an old dryer and a bunch of garbage we couldn't fit into our trash can. It was nice to have it all hauled away. There was an additional $15 recycling fee for the dryer, but that's to be expected.

The service was good, and I am happy with their work.
