All Day Haul Away

The young men called before coming and arrived on time. They made arrangements to removed the items needed. We were able to increase the items to be taken away, so the cost was more. The quality of the service was excellent. I wish there was a little more information on recycling costs would have been helpful before hand.

Took good direction and were very helpful;

First it did not come when it was scheduled. I re-scheduled and it didn't come - again. I called to complain -- the phones were set to roll over to a employees cell phone -- so I guess I got a hold of him when he was getting up. I started to tell him what was wrong, and he argued and hung up on me. I called back again, and again, and again --finally he had his 3 year old answer. Once I was talking to the employee again -- I let him know I was upset -- told him I just wanted my money back, he swore at me and threatened. It escalated. It was horrible! (This is the short edited version) I got a call later from the guy in charge -- that conversation started good, He told me he'd give me a larger dumpster to make me happy. I said great. When the dumpster came it was not the size he said it was and he uncharged me. When I called him on it he said it was the right size, but I had actually measured the dumpster and it was not. The term" dumpster" I use loosely. It was a construction trailer made with expanded metal with holes all over for things to fall through. I told him to just pick it up and give me my money back -- then I'd be out of his hair. He finally did. Oh, and the 5 yard dumpster, which is what we originally ordered was weird too. It was on a trailer and it didn't open, so you had to throw everything over the top. It was a horrible experience! I called another dumpster place, which was a bit more money, but I got what I ordered, when I ordered it and they were really nice.

poor communication on set up of date of service. Crew was an hour late to pick up with no communication as to being late.

The two guys who came were on time to the minute. It was pouring rain and even though I indicated that they were welcome to wait a bit for the rain to pass they got right to work. They did clean up all the little stuff as well as take the bigger pieces of old chipboard.

Right on time, called so I could meet them at the house during the work day. Very careful and quick with their work. Would hire again for any hauling needs. Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with All Day Haul Away. Not only did they arrive right on time but their prices are great. We've used a number of other companies in the past and this one really can't be beat. We had a lot of random junk that needed to be removed and they took everything. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use them again.

Great guys! This is the second time I've used this company to clear out large unwanted items. They took everything I wanted removed from each room, garage, basement, and there was only a small up-charge for extra items and a "stuffed" sofa, which was expected. Great company, highly recommended.

Scheduling was a disaster. I scheduled it for a work day and came home early. When no one showed up, I called and was told that it had been scheduled for the "next day" at 4 pm. Oh really? OK fine. They said they would call back and let me know if they could come earlier. They didn't, so I assumed they would be there at 4. At 11 am the next day, I get a call saying they are at my house----So I rush home. The guys proceed to quote me $375 when the phone quote I had gotten was $250. After I push back, they drop it $35. OK fine. I made clear that one of the items I only wanted moved to another floor. Instead, they took it all the way out to their truck. They brought it back in, but today when I'm trying to put the drawers back into the shelving unit, they are all damaged, because they had just been ripped out. Great, thanks a lot for the now unusable unit. Finally, one of the items was a nice (but heavy) wooden piece of furniture. I told the guy when i was scheduling that they could just put it on my curb because I knew someone would take it, rather than going into a landfill. Oh no, we recycle everything, it's more cost effective, besides being the right thing to do, he says. Great, I think. When I saw this previously nice piece of furniture in the truck, it was broken in half, doors and drawers ripped out. Guess it's going in a landfill. Other than that, it was fine.

They did a good job, overall. The first day, they did 2/3rds of the job and left without telling us. They left our garage door open, too. I called the next day to ask if they were coming back and they said that they were and had some situation the previous day. They did return that afternoon and finished the job. They swept up the garage and it all looks great.

I was very satisfied. I was very happy with them. They were prompt and they were available when I needed them. They made an additional stop for us and added on to the truckload.

Excellent service, came the same day as I called with 1.5 hrs. This was after a previous mover failed to show, with no response after calling them. Highly recommend this remover of junk!

Went great - very accommodating

Overall things went well. The two guys who arrived were very nice, very professional, and removed all of the items I needed removed that day. I do have to admit there was a lot of confusion regarding the deal I purchased which was a 5 cubic yard dumpster. Apparently the company offered this deal in the fall but no longer stocked the dumpsters in the spring. Thus, they kindly traded my deal up to a 2 man crew plus 5 yards of junk removal. And, there was a lot of confusion regarding the date they were supposed to arrive. They showed up on Saturday, May 9th which was not the date I scheduled. And on May 16th when I did schedule the service for 9:00 - 10:00 am they showed up around 9:45 am (which to me was 45 minutes late but they stated the 9:00 - 10:00 timeframe they quote means they will be there sometime within that window). In any case, I will again state that the 2 guys assigned to my job were really great and I could and would gladly recommend them to anyone wanting to use this company.

Very professional. We underestimated 5 cubic yards, so not everything was hauled away, but no complained about their service.

The "dumpster" was a tall steel box mounted on a boat trailer. It had seen (much) better days. It was rusted and had rough metal sticking out that was a hazard. The top of the box was so hight that it was difficult to get materials into it. When we called to let them now we were done filling it (we were only allowed to have it a few days under the contract), they took several more days to come and remove it. It didn't exactly beautify the neighborhood. I had some concern based on its condition that the dumpster would fall apart in our driveway, but it managed to make it out.
