We had a great experience with All American Door. Working with Nick on the initial sale exceeded out expectations. He was able to identify an out-of-state manufacturer that had exactly the right color and window style that we wanted. While he was here, he also noticed a couple of slight problems with our garage door opener and he took care of those things for us for free. The door arrived on the date that was estimated and the installation was scheduled for two days later. Jason was the installer and did a great job. He called about 30 minutes before he came and he arrived right at the initially scheduled time. There was a slight error by the manufacturer and Jason took care of ordering the parts to correct the issue. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend All American Door to others.

Some plastic parts in the garage opener was broken. I was convinced that this fifteen year old opener should be replaced instead of just replacing the parts. The new opener he sold to me is more quiet and it works well so far.

He was friendly and professional. He walked me through all the checkpoints and explained what he saw and was doing. Put in upgraded rollers and changed the rusting cable. He showed me and educated me about the maintenance and greasing the hinges. The door is now very quiet and smooth. Would recommend Nick and this company.

I was fully anticipating having to replace the entire garage door - had been told by others that this would be the case. The technician indicated that it was a rather simple fix - 20 minutes later all was well and the garage door has worked great ever since.

It was fine. Said he needed to replace both (not sure if that's true) then he continued to tell me what bad shape our garage is and that if I do it now with him you'll be safe. If I let it go any longer it would be considered a "hazard" and no one will want to come out and fix it at that point and if I did find someone that would charge me a fortune!

They were on time and it didn't take them very long to repair the problem. We really liked their efficiency.

It went well. Very good communication between the installers an us. Came back to give us another remote for the door with no questions asked. Great company.

After calling someone else who said "We don't know if we carry the right seal for your garage door", I was pleased that All American said, "Sure, we can do that, when do you want us to come out?". It was no hassle, efficient, on time. Our neighbor came over and saw what we were doing and he replaced hers at the same time.

This was a holiday weekend, emergency service call, and All American Door and Jon were prompt professional -- and you'd never know it was a holiday weekend. Basically half the door stopped working, and it wound up jammed with rails bent and wheels popped out of sockets. Jon arrived within the hour and within another hour had fixed the problem, which was a welcome surprise, since I didn't think a problem that severe was fixable so quickly. He diagnosed what had gone wrong, advised me on how to care for the door to avoid the problem recurring, and promptly fixed the door. Jon and All American Door are highly recommended, and I would gladly do business with them again. -

They did exactly what I just expected and did it quickly and fast on time and everything was fine. I did not know how to do something and they came out the next day and figured out what the problem was. They came twice. There was a little adjustment to the electric hive, the door was popping back up, but they came right out.

They were friendly. They provided great things to think about as we go thorough getting a complete look for our home.

For both the estimate and install, showed up on time and were professional. At estimate, they reviewed the opinions without pressuring me to upgrade. They were able to schedule the install for two days later. I thought the install and removal of my old door was fast, maybe 2 hours. They didn't leave any debris behind and cleaned up after themselves. I paid what was on the estimate and nothing more.

Estimate in hand and waiting on one more. Was pleased with the timely arrival and heads up call. Gave me a written estimate quickly and professionally. So far All American is the low bid also. Wish the warranty was one year on labor as is the next competitor but probably wont make the decision based on that one issue. Will post an update after we get the work done.

He replaced the spring within 20 minutes and we were on our way to work.

Amazing service. Josh came out within a day of my call to explain my options, including ways to economize. He then installed a new Liftmaster opener a couple days later working in SUBZERO TEMPS IN AN UNHEATED GARAGE. He was very polite and efficient, andon schedule, and even took the time to fix a problem with the seal at the bottom of the garage door (his initiative, no charge). I would absolutely use this company again.

I had an excellent experience start to finish. Called and was able to get an appt the next day (Saturday no less). Josh had a cancellation so called to see if he could come out early. He came, diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. He also noted some significant wear and tear and was able to offer several things which will hopefully increase the longevity of the door. Our door is honestly quieter than when it was installed (by a different company) 5 years ago.

I got a courtesy call the evening before telling me he could start the day with my garage door. Randy arrived exactly at 8 am and had it done within half an hour so I could get on with my day. Excellent transaction.

They called ahead to inform me of arrival, well within the two hour window they promised, same day I called for help. Technician was friendly, very professional, answered my questions and completed the work in less than 45 minutes. Excellent.

A gentleman (Chris) came out and measured the panels and told me he would have to order them. He also gave me a quote of around $475.00 and before he left he was able to fix the garage door to open and close as it was pretty bent and bowed. I have to say that it was freezing cold outside, and Chris managed to get the door to open and close for me (manually) until the panels came in. When the panels came in, Chris came out and installed the panels (a perfect match and fit) and at that time I was all set to go. The other companies that gave me a quote were as high as $1500.00. To replace 2 panels. All American Door Company accomplished it for less than $500.00 I have recommended All American Door Co. to everyone!. They are awesome!!!

Was a great experience working with All American. Jesse came out to the house to do the estimate and was knowledgeable, professional, and to the point. They had the door in stock so they were able to come back a couple days later to install the new door. Ben came out on time and proceeded to install the new door. Every thing went smoothly and we are very happy with our new door.

They knew what they were doing. They diagnosed the problem that wasn’t easy to diagnose and they knew what to do to fix it. They were friendly and professional.

It was okay. My husband mostly worked with them and he was satisfied. It didn't take very long and it is working well ever since. They came right away, even though they didn't need to - we told them they didn't need to, but they came pretty quick.
