I was very pleased with the entire process. Their sales rep came out to my house and spent a good deal of time talking to me about exactly what I wanted, and the best way to accomplish that. I did a lot of research on the systems myself, and he was receptive to my quite specific questions and suggestions. I suggested one change to the control system that dropped the price by quite a bit, and he did some research into it, and agreed that it was a workable approach. The installation went fairly smoothly, there were some unanticipated changes (no one's fault, we were all acting on the best info we had at the time of the estimate), and they showed good judgment about when to call me with questions and when to just make executive decisions. After the install, he took the time to explain the whole system to me. I would happily work with them again, and would recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Installed a whole-home audio system using pre-existing wiring. This consisted of cutting holes into the ceiling for mounting speakers, installing the control system, programming the system.
