We're a highly-rated local HVAC cleaning company based out of the Twin Cities, offering ​a wide array of residential HVAC cleaning services to the Metro, East-Central MN, and West-Central Wisconsin. Our technicians use powerful, state-of-the-art equipment and each have over 15 years of experience in the industry. Description of Work: No later than 5 minutes after I purchased a dryer vent cleaning offer did my phone ring with a call to schedule the service. We were able to have the work done the next day. Service was on time and the technician was very professional. We will definitely use Twin Cities Furnace again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected the chimney. I asked about safety for wood fires and they told me it was fine. There was some repair needed on the outside of the chimney - tuck pointing mostly but not dangerous. Exactly what I asked for. Very pleased.

Description of Work: We bought the AC tune-up offer. We hadn't run our air conditioner much yet before the service visit. When the agent came he discovered that our freon was completely gone from our AC. He gave us the option of putting some freon in to see if it would hold a charge or scheduling a service call where they would take apart the unit and see if they could find the leak. We opted to have several hundred dollars worth of freon put in which seemed to stay in the unit. Then he filled the AC with the rest of the freon to fully charge it. The cost ran an additional $600 over the $69 for the tune-up. Our only qualm was that the tune-up seemed to run short of our expectation in that he was supposed to put a new filter in and didn't and then we wondered just what he really did to fulfill the tune-up portion of the deal.
