Dale was great to work with. He called almost immediately after sending the request. We confirmed a time and he called any hour before hand to let me know he would be right on time (He was 5 minutes early 😁). He was incredibly personable and during the walk through explained the process and quoted me on site. He was incredibly detailed and the work was done exceptionally. You can't even tell where the bubbles in our carpet are. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Fast, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Dale is now our official "Carpet Doctor"! Dale fixed a damaged patch of carpeting at the foot of the stairs leading to our basement. My Real Estate Agent is beaming now!
