I hired them because of their high rating on Angie's List. Their promptness stood out the most to me. Their cleanup and professionalism was great. Their input was great because we really didn't know what we wanted. The installer was quick and prompt. I think their price was reasonable and the blinds look good. I would definitely use them again.

I had a good experience with them. They're expensive but they're very good. The product is good enough where its distinctive. One of the blinds would not pull up straight. They took it back and remade it and it worked fine.

I stopped in the showroom initially so that I could see the blind displays and get an idea of whether or not to go with everwood (faux wood) or wood blinds. On Joyce's recommendation due to my window size, I went with the ever woods. Joyce came out to my house at the end of October, took measurements and made some suggestions as to controls, and the valance. She said delivery would be after Thanksgiving, and they were here for installation the week after Thanksgiving--right on time. Todd, the installer, did a great job and they fit perfectly although there was an issue with once valance about a 1/2-inch too short. It was reordered and installed a couple of weeks later. It was a very good experience and I will use Aero for future projects. My only complaint, though minor, is that installation is not available after around 4pm, requiring time off of work.

Overall, it went excellent! They matched the tone of the blind to the window. I have oak windows so they did a great job of matching.

AERO DRAPERY AND BLINDS .. WONDERFUL PEOPLE .. SIX YEARS LATER! I just had to take the time to write despite how busy I am right now. I had Hunter Douglas vertical blinds installed through out my home in August 2005 .. partly because of their excellent price! I have thoroughly enjoyed them for SIX years with absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Six years later I noticed one vertical blind had sagged a bit on one side .. since my husband is not that handy I decided to call the Manager, Will. What a fellow! Even SIX years later he was "Jonny on the spot"! He had a repairman out within days to repair this blind and bring it back to brand new .. can you believe that service??! That is why I am taking the time to do this .. you just don't see that kind of service anymore .. I am just amazed .. not a red cent charged .. after SIX years AFTER Aero Drapery got their money in full! Good people to do business with!

The customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend.

The blinds haven't arrived yet, but so far the process has been very good.

Aero rep provided one of three blind estimates. Iroically, all of my estimates ended up using the same Hunter Douglas blinds so comparison was easy. Aero came in apprx $500 more than other two estimates and this was apples for apples. Also was "oversold" on hardware needed for sliding door.

It's a short story, as all went well. After getting the window measurements and recording our choices, Diane advised us to allow about 5 to 6 wks to be contacted concerning the installation date. The only quibble I had with setting up installation was that it necessitated my taking time off from work as they do not come out on weekends or evenings. All went well with the installation and we are pleased with our choices and the difference it makes in our home - should have had it done sooner.

Will was extremely responsive in taking the measurements and getting pricing to us quickly. Paul, the installer, was quick and did an excellent job. This was the second time we used Aero and they were terrific both times. Their pricing for Hunter Douglas blinds was less than I was quoted by other companies.

Needed custom replacement drapes. Did not need new rods. Got two other estimates from well known companies. Aero was in same ballpark cost-wise, but their attentiveness and quality of service leading up to point of sale was far superior, so we gave them the job. The sales rep kept us informed on progress as we waited for the drapes to be made. Installation went smoothly and they now look great. Excellent service!

I replaced the front windows of my home and had used this company in the past so I contacted them again. The same salesperson came to my house and was as helpful and professional as ever. It was obvious that her goal was to ensure that I would be happy with my choices because she spent all the time needed for decision making. The installer even came a week later to ensure the measurements were accurate. I love my new window treatments and would not hesitate to refer this company to all of my friends and neighbors.

I'd had Aero do window treatments in our house a few years ago and was very satisfied so when I wanted something new for the lower level bathroom, I stopped by their office/showroom and booked an appointment with Nancy who'd helped me before. Nancy came out to our house with the books. I pretty much knew what I wanted so it didn't take long to select. I picked out the color for the honeycomb cordless shade. Nancy placed the order, I got a call quicker than promised that the shade was ready, their install person came out and put it up. I'm very pleased with the shade, it looks and works great.

The decorator, Mary Y spent lots of time looking at blind options and fabrics for drapes. She seemed a little timid in her recommendations, although she got a little more daring with encouragement. She did not seem put out at all when we decided to hold off on the drapes until we've lived with the blind for awhile. Their price was much better than others we checked-remarkably so! (10-25% less.) I was a little nervous that there were no measurements on the form I received, but the blind fit perfectly and looks great.

I loved the presentation! The representative was excellent and came with all of the samples for me to see. She did not rush me and answered all of my questions. She gave me excellent advice; I was happy that I listened to her! They did a great job and I love the treatments. I will use them again!

Both projects went very well. Sally made a second trip to select fabric for the drapes because I wanted something more contemporary than she expected, given that I am in my 60's. After I showed her examples of what I was looking for, she brought exactly what I wanted to the second appointment. The cornice boards are stunning, and I have received many compliments on my window treatments. This month, a year later, I had to have the window treatments removed so my windows could be replaced and rehung after the new windows were in. The handyman who removed and reinstalled the window treatments told me that the installation was the best he's seen. The hardware is sturdy and there are a more-than adequate number of brackets to keep everything secured to the wall or ceiling. A neighbor in my condo building had him remove and rehang her draperies, as well, and he said there was a big difference in the installation quality. Hers were hung by another drapery company. I have been very please with the quality and designer look of my window treatments. I would definitely call Sally at Aero if I need window treatments in the future.

Everything was great. We were very happy with them. We had received several other estimates, and we are happy we went with them. We were very pleased with the blinds and would definitely use them again.

Sally came out for a consultation. She listened well to what I wanted. We wanted blinds quickly on parts of the house, but were considering placing them all around the house. Due to budget, I looked at the applause blinds on the first visit. Sally measured all windows, but scheduled a re-measure due to an arch window blind. She quoted the applause for each room and sub-totaled for stages. She also, offered us a whole house price on the Duette blinds. Of the three quotes I received on the Applause level blinds, Aero was the best price. We, however, chose to install the Duette as we preferred the fabric weight and choices. I felt the price for the Duettes was very nice. Dave came out to measure and subsequently install the blinds. While Sally installed some T-handles, Dave installed the blinds. The results are awesome. I couldn't be more pleased. They both were a pleasure to work with.

Nancy came out 2-3 times to give me estimates for wooden shutters/window treatments for my house. Basically, their product, Hunter Douglas (which I know is very nice) was so unbelievably expensive (about $1000 per window.) that I couldn't do it. But I was very frustrated with the process as she didn't seem to understand what I was looking for, and kept trying to sell me other things. I had many conversations with her and even showed her pictures of how I wanted them to look, but it was still a confusing and frustrating experience. I live in an old house and wanted to preserve its character with these window treatments. Ultimately, Aero's cost prevented me from continuing with them, however the communication piece was almost as much of a factor.

They did a nice job. They showed me the product and then they installed it. I would grade them high across the board because I wasn't disappointed with anything they did. It was worth the money I paid.

Aero did a very good job, especially Sally the sales representative who worked with us. We have a due west facing porch and finally decided to get blinds to cut down on the heat in the midafternoon. We got 3 estimates for blinds, in each case asking for recommendations for our porch. The bids all came in fairly close, so the "A" for Aero is for a competitive price, as opposed to suggesting that we felt we got a steal of a deal. Aero did offer free installation, both to Angie's List and ValuPak customers, whereas one bidder did not. What made Aero stand out was how hard Sally worked to answer our follow up questions. When I called back to ask about warranties and longevity of the solar blinds, I was either treated as if I was asking crazy questions or just given perfunctory answers. Sally not only answered the questions to her best ability, but where she didn't know she told me who she was going to call to follow up with. When questions came up about the type of fascia to use, she not only discussed it with me, but specifically asked another person with installation experience for an additional opinion (we were doing an unusually large roll). It was really Sally's efforts that was the tipping point for our choice. The time lag between order and install was on the long side, but Sally had specifically warned us about the time estimate, especially since in the current economy the manufacturers were taking longer to send out materials to our suppliers. Still, the blinds came during the estimated time, and were not late. The install was quick, easy, and professional. We are just thrilled with the blinds - we can now go out on our porch in the midafternoon and still use it. Because they are solar blinds, though, we still get some light and it is still a cheerful place to be. We wish we had done this years ago.

We signed our first purchase agreement with Aero on October 26, 2008 and the installation was finally finished last week, 7/31/09. The products we purchased were Hunter Douglas and we love the window treatments, the look is great. It was the follow through and service from Aero that was deplorable. There were several issues with the installation or overall functionality of the treatments that needed to be repaired or corrected. It required us to constantly call Aero to follow up on where they were with correcting the problem. We left messages with our rep, no return call. Then when we would finally reach someone, the answer was always, "Oh, the part just arrived yesterday, we were just about to call you." Of course, each time, we had to be at home during our workday to allow them to "take a look", often with no results to show for it. This happened no less than 7 times over the course of these several months. Even when we finally resorted to contacting the owner, asking that he coordinate a meeting to bring service and sales together to put together a plan to complete the open issues, our rep missed the appointment saying she was given a different time. All in all, we were extremely unhappy with our entire experience with Aero. For smaller, single window projects, this company may be fine but do not use them for a more complicated installation situation.

A employee, named Will, went through our property and actually listened to what I said and then gave me suggestions on how we could accomplish what we wanted to accomplish. I got quotes from others but none had the attention to detail that this man had.

I found out about them at the Lake and Cabin show and got a show discount. The sales representative came out with a wide selection of samples and helped us choose what would work best. I thought the wait was a little bit long from the time we ordered to the time they were installed (about 4 weeks) but the installation went very smoothly and the blinds look wonderful! I had considered ordering them through a discount website and installing them myself but the professional installation was worth the little bit of extra cost.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They provided many options and helped us make the right choice. The person who installed was very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job and it was a great experience working with them.
