Description of Work: Purchase and installation of window coverings. We were mislead about the color and what they would look like. They turned out much darker than we expected from the samples we were shown. This company prides it self on high quality. We agree but they are also very expensive.

Description of Work: In home curtain consultation. Had many samples with her and was willing to take time to evaluate the windows and make suggestions. When didn't see what we were looking for, came back next day with more samples. Helped with paint color selection to coordinate with curtains. Finally got what we were looking for and got the curtains ordered. Currently waiting for them to come in and be installed |

Description of Work: Consultant came to our house with samples and helped us select window shades/blinds for 6 windows plus the doorwall. |Blinds were ordered with a 6-8 week delivery window. A little over 8 weeks passed and we called to see when our order would be installed. Aero had only received part of the order from manufacturer. Aero should have called us with this news, not us having to call them. |We had Aero install the partial order. About 3 weeks later our order was completed and installed.

Description of Work: Date is approximate. Designer called 30 minutes before appointment on day of measurement to cancel due to illness. That is fine. Apparently the sale was ending and they would not be able to come back out until after the sale ended... I said that was not acceptable. Was told they would honor price but I had to make my mind up that same day. Rescheduled and designer was 30 minutes late, she did call at the time she was to arrive to let me know. Was pressured to make the decision to purchase on the spot, I don't shop like that for anything. I chose not to use Aero because of that experience.

Description of Work: Aero helped us select, order and install blinds, drapes and shutters for a new house. We have used them previously at other houses. They are simply excellent - professional, patient and know their stuff. A pleasure - highly recommended! You can order similar products cheaper online, but you get what you pay for, and in the event they don't fit or you don't like them, good luck with a return! Aero is the opposite of that! Will and Diane are awesome!
