John was very flexible. He understood our needs and was able to work with us to get exactly what we were looking for. Our project was somewhat unusual however John tackled the project. He was enthusiastic. He provided several design ideas which helped us because we were struggling with the design. He kept us in the loop and was on schedule. The workmanship was outstanding. The results meet all our needs and the price was very reasonable. We are definitely having John do our next project.

John contacted me right within 24 hours after I submitted my project through service magic. John helped me finish the design I had in mind and made improvements and suggestions when needed. The quality of the finished projected exceeded anything I could find in the store for the same price. I will be using Pinecraft again in the near future for another project I have planned. I highly recommend the service and quality that they provide.

John at Pinecraft is an excellent communicator. All my questions were answered in a way I could understand them. The quality of the vanity he built is second to none. He even had to change the design to accommodate the bowl size. What you would expect from someone who genuinely loves his work and working with people. I'll be a return customer for other projects as I go along.
