Herb's Carpet Repair LLC

We had a little trouble connecting at first because Herb's is a smaller shop and he is very busy. Once we connected he came out the next day to repair the carpet. A side note, I called four other shops to repair the carpet and they either never called back or turned down the work because it wasn't big enough. Herb was friendly, discussed and looked at what needed to be done, and went to work quickly. Herb noticed my family room carpet had a ripple in it and brought in his power stretcher and fixed the family room without being asked and since the job was on the small side and I was going to be charged the minimum trip charge this extra work was done for free and he easily could have skipped it. The whole process took a little over an hour and you can't even see the seam where he patched my carpet, plus my family room carpet is now smooth. Herb followed up by text message a couple weeks later to make sure I was still happy with the results - which I was. I will use Herb's for future carpet needs.
