Description of Work: We had Duda install a toilet a number of years ago. All went well. At the time, friends who recommended Duda said the man was a great plumber but was busy and hard to get. That problem didn't happen to us.

Description of Work: I used Duda Plumbing to replace a kitchen faucet, fix a leaky valve and replace a worn part in a toilet. I thought the charges were fair and the plumber did a great job. Everything was wonderful. When I moved to my new house and needed my natural gas grill hooked up, I called the number again. This time I did not get my call returned. I tried a few days later and still no call back. I was very happy with their work, but they should be more responsive.

+ -1 moreI'VE ALWAYS BEEN AFRAID TO HIRE A PLUMBER BECAUSE I'VE HEARD HORROR STORIES ABOUT HOW MUCH THE PROS COST. BUT, I'D CALL THESE GUYS AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. THEY CHARGED WHAT THEY ESTIMATED WHICH I THOUGHT WAS VERY REASONABLE. RICK WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND NICE. HE REPLACED MY OUTSIDE FAUCET SHUTOFF VALVE WITH A HANDY DANDY LEVER. AND THE OUTSIDE FAUCET UNIT IS SUCH NICE QUALITY. HE WASTED NO TIME GETTING THE WORK DONE, DESPITE MY KID ANNOYING HIM CONSTANTLY.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A NEW GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THEY INSTALLED ONE I PURCHASED (SO THE RATE INCLUDES THEIR TIME AND A FEW SUPPLIES FOR FAUCET/TOILET REPAIR,) THOUGH THEY COULD HAVE PROVIDED ONE. I ALSO NEEDED A NEW OUTSIDE FAUCET, A TOILET FIXED, AND A DRIPPY FAUCET FIXED.

+ -1 moreI SPOKE TO LEON ON A MONDAY. HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE SOMEONE OUT TO OUR HOUSE THE NEXT DAY, BUT IT DIDN'T WORK FOR MY SCHEDULE. SCOTT CAME OUT ON FRIDAY. HE CAME EARLY WHICH WORKED OUT GREAT FOR US. HE WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, VERY CONSCIOUS OF NOT TRYING TO COST US MORE MONEY THAN NECESSARY, AND A GOOD PROBLEM SOLVER (WE HAD BEEN TOLD BY A PREVIOUS PLUMBER THAT TO PROPERLY ADDRESS THE LEAK FROM THE TUB IT WOULD COST $2000 WHICH INVOLVED NEW PIPES ETC). HE DID A GREAT JOB. AND WHILE WE ONLY EXPECTED AN ESTIMATE FOR THE COST OF MOVING THE WATER PIPES, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A PRICE FROM THE OWNER, AND SCOTT DID THE WORK THE SAME DAY.
Description of Work: REPLACED DISPOSAL, ''FIXED RUNNING TOILET'', REPAIRED OVERFLOW FOR TUB, AND REROUTED WATER PIPES IN A LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM.

EVEN THOUGH HE DIDN'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE, I WOULD CALL HIM FOR FUTURE REQUIREMENTS BASED UPON THE HELPFUL RESPONSE TO MY CALL.
