It is a little tiny company so it is very personal and you get to know them. The neat thing for me was that he wouldn’t come out for just one thing, we would put a whole bunch of things together and he would give me a price for the bundle. The pricing was really good. I don't think the son is quite as good as Leon was, but he doesn't have 40 years of experience.

They were good. I've used them a couple times. I was pleased with their work and they were affordable.

I originally called for a leaking toilet but Nate was honest enough to tell me it sounded like the flapper needed replaced. He told me how to fix it on my own (which I did). I requested someone still come out as I had a few slow drains and some other general plumbing questions. Rick came out, was very professional, answered all of my questions and dealt with both drains. Also verified that my main water shut off valves were working and not frozen in place. The only gripe I have is that I had to call twice before I got a call back (one call on Weds, one on Thursday). In this instance, this was not a big deal as my needs were not urgent. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

This was the third job they did hour us, and we are pleased with the service and price each time.

Leon Duda Plumbing Services came in and gave their estimate and were able to do the work right around where the estimate was. Leon Duda did additional work for us that didn't take us over our budget.

They had to come back a couple of times to reset the thing. I've liked him in the past so he was okay. I think his son does the business now. They pretty much do bigger jobs now. Their prices are pretty good and the quality is good. They were very professional.

We were able to schedule an appointment right away, within a day. Due to an unforeseen issue they had to call and reschedule for later, but that was still ok. We had a slight problem finding the right "Corky Flapper Ball" to fit my tank. The plumber had to return twice to get one which finally fit. He was very professional and wanted to be sure the job was done properly. I would definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing issues.

They fixed the leaky toilet and gave a great recommendation on the other toilet. They were right on time. They were very accessible by telephone. The plumber that came was very efficient and courteous. They discussed the prices beforehand so there were no surprises. We would defintiely use them again if we need another plumber.

It went very well. Scott had been out about a year ago and I asked for him by name because of the quality of the experience before. He was friendly, efficient, and advised me on some plumbing care tips, He recommended replacing the guts of a dribbling toilet due to age, yet saved me the cost of a faucet that was easier to fix than I expected. The firm is now called "Duda Plumbing Services" and is run by Leon's son, Nate. It's a small firm and to me that means less overhead and more important to provide quality service.

The plumber did the job in less than two hours, and had excellent customer service skills. Extremely satisfied with the work he did and the time he did it in.

He was knowledgeable and helped me with other minor toilet issues I was having in other bathrooms and did not charge me.

They were excellent. They were very clean and neat. They were very efficient with the work. They were a little bit more expensive than I expected, however they did excellent quality work.

I called them on Friday to report the trouble. It not being an emergency, we scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. Two fellows arrived on time. They were friendly and in the best humor I've ever see in a plumber. They tried a few things to unclog the drain and finally cleared the line by running a long "snake" down a rooftop sewer vent. They cleaned up and were gone within the hour.

Everything went very well overall. They were very friendly and reasonably priced, and I was happy with their work.

Scott arrived on time, assessed the leak, and quickly determined the problem was a simple replacement of the ball valve pipe. He walked me through the whole procedure and explained every step of the process as he replaced the leaking pipe. He made sure the problem was fixed, and there were no leaks in the system. He left the damaged pipe for me to do whatever I wanted with it. He cleaned up everything and was very personable. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. I intend to use them for future plumbing projects to update my house.

Arrived within an hour of my call even though it wasn't an emergency. Evaluated the problem, ran out to get a part and finished the job the same day. Charged for time and materials.

I called on Thursday morning and described what I needed. A very pleasant woman scheduled my job for the following Monday. Given the nature of the work (install natural gas grill and proximity to July 4 holiday) the scheduler offered to get the work done before the holiday - I didn't even have to ask! The scheduler told me the plumber would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 PM and that the plumber would call if he had any questions. He called back only minutes after we hung up, just to confirm that he understood what I needed. The plumber arrived slightly before 12:00 - apologized for being early and finished the work in under an hour. He was very friendly and very professional.

This was our second time with Duda. We requested Rick again and he did another great job. He arrived on time and offered me money-saving alternatives for my hard-to-get-to bathtub plumbing. He was fast and efficient. And, he was cool with me cleaning up the caulk from the old faucets while he worked on some of our other issues - to save time & money. When I got the bill it was a bit higher than I thought based on my scribbled notes. I was wrong about their hourly rate but Nate told me they "love their customers" and adjusted the bill, essentially giving us free materials. I mentioned to him that removing the low-flow adjustment made taking a shower a rather painful experience and asked if there was a part I could put back in. Nate checked the schedule and sent someone out to fix it, at no charge, within a couple hours! After seeing the part, I know I could have done it myself, but I was so pleased that they care enough about their customers to make me completely satisfied.

Job 1: Went great once we started. Nate Duda and Leon Duda advised me and allowed me to tag along as they did their work. We discussed alternatives, such as a tank-less water heater. They pointed out things that needed repair that were obvious but I had never thought of. A pleasure to work with if you wish to involve yourself a little bit in your project, as I did. From now on they are my plumbers. Job 2: Not a big deal. Maybe I could do it myself but maybe it's better to have the pro's do it. Glad I did. Scott did the work. He did in half an hour what would take me half a day. Got some free advice along the way.
