Description of Work: mowing and fall lawn cleanup (leaf removal) for 1.3 acre yard

Description of Work: We were on vacation and came back to a lawn 18" high. They were able to come in two days and the price to fix our mess was amazing. I decided to hire them for the summer. Very professional, responsive and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I have been working with Lawn Ketchers for a couple of years now. They have been mowing my lawn while I am away for 8 months and also plowing my driveway in the winter months. They are very flexible with schedules if needed and priced very well. They have also helped out with some landscaping that I wasn't able to tackle myself. They have offered discounts for loyal returning customers in the past as well and I think that is something great that you don't see to often anymore. A+ from me

Description of Work: They mow my lawn each week. Adam Ketcher has always been very responsive but I've had less luck in dealing with the office. It usually takes at least two attempts to get a response. They do a fine job with the lawn itself but I had damage to my back gate and also had a chair that got eaten by the mower. My guess is that they will remedy this but so far I have not heard back. (I have only contacted the office re: the gate and chair, not Adam) |For now I will definitely continue using them but if I have another issue I may look to someone else. Will depend on resolution to the current issue.

Description of Work: Ketchers removed snow for us for the 2014-2015 winter season. They were prompt, efficient, and careful. Our tiny 1938 garage is used as a workshop and storage shed so we park our cars on the driveway. Because we are subject to be ticketed and towed if our cars are on the street before the city plows come through, we asked Ketchers to wait until after the plows. They accommodated us with a smile and made it work. They have a comprehensive contract that allowed us to choose the exact services we wanted, a plus. We will hire them again and can recommend them to others. We also applaud their inclusiveness in hiring minorities.

Description of Work: Called and got an estimate. Told them to go ahead with service and call when they were going to do project. I understand because of rain things got delayed but they left a message that they would be there on a sat and never showed up and when I called to find out and eta I never got a call back. So I ended up doing the project myself.

Description of Work: Called them to quote my lawn. Guy I talked with was very friendly, took my information, and committed to email me a quote the next day. Two weeks later, I haven't heard anything. I'm sure they are busy, and I know mistakes happen. However, if there word isn't good for new customers, then what is it good for?
