Our car needed an alternator, and Leann took my call and information, and promptly arranged us to get the work done later that day as there was an opening in their schedule. Jeff's Auto Service has been around for over 40 years, and their customer service and care are A+. Very honest and very good people.

Fairly well. I was not mentally prepared for all the repairs that my car needed, so was also not prepared the the price to fix it all. Car was making alarming noises. It's a 2001 Saturn L300 sedan, so it was either fix it or junk it. Am glad I chose to fix it--it's running smoothly and quietly--brakes work just right--and a surprise bonus: the steering, which had always had too much play, now works beautifully. Nice, reliable people at Jeff's. In the end, am pretty sure the cost of repairs were comparable with other repair shops--certainly less than a dealership would have charged.

Exceptionally well. They fixed my brakes, changed the oil and even found a nail in my tire. Everything works great. They were on time, the repairs didn't take too long and, they are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back to them for any repairs I need on my car.

A dealer for my vehicle reported that I needed to replace the pads and rotors for my brakes. I called Jeff's Auto and decided to have them do the work because they were closer and would charge a little less. When they looked at my brakes they told me I had 40% left on the rear brakes and 60% left on the front brakes. They recommended replacing the brake pads when there is 10% left and the rotors probably would not need to be replaced then. They also told me there is a sensor on the brakes that will tell me when the pads need changing. Needless to say I am very glad I took my vehicle to them and will take it back to them when the pads need changing.

It was easy to make an appointment.  Had a nice new customer coupon found online that I used.  The front desk was kind and friendly.  The mechanic was very prompt with our appointment time and he took the time to explain reasons for the check engine light to misfire and what other signs to look for.  Bottom line, there was nothing wrong with the engine, but we appreciated the time spent with us to explain in detail.  I would certainly go back there again as I feel they were honest and fair.

I use them on a regular basis. I think they do a good job. they are not cheap, but I know the work will be done right and they won't do unnecessary work.  Staff is friendly and courteous.   That's all I can ask for when is all said an done!

Jeff's Auto provided good service for this issue. Quality and speed of repair was good. Price was similar to dealer estimate. I would use Jeff's again.

I think they do good work.  I would still be going there but I bought a new car and the oil changes are prepaid.  Will probably go back after that expires.

Ok. Ac had 2 leaks. So they got the first one fixed and the 2nd one showed up. So 5hen they fixed that.

I originally took my Honda to Hopkins Honda and was given a $1200 repair estimate. I found Jeff's Auto Service on Angie's list and they were not only happy to provide a second opinion but as I found out, Hopkins Honda had included many items that were not in need of repair or replacement. I will certainly use Jeff's Auto Service in the future for any work I need done on my Honda.

I have taken my cars to Jeff's for years. They are honest, professional, and excellent. I keep my cars a very long time, and I can't tolerate breakdowns or surprises. Jeff does an excellent job of telling me about potential problems or maintenance items when the cars are in for oil changes so I am always ahead of the problem. It is very much a family business with Jeff, Leanne, and Paul (their son) running things. They know me and they know my cars (and my adult children's cars!)  I trust what they tell me about maintenance and repair needs. They have never let me down or pulled anything goofy on me. They use good parts, and explain the difference when there is a choice of alternatives. I plan to continue taking my business to them. Jeff's pricing is competitive and fair based on the market. It is not the cheapest There is cheaper auto service available, but there is none better than Jeff's.

It went great. I was told by my dealership that it needed to be replaced but I didn't trust them. They had tried to get me to do things in the past that didn't need to be done. I found Jeff's on Angie's List and got a consultation. Jeff checked it out and said there was some evidence of a leak but it didn't need to be done right away. He said keep an eye on your garage floor and if I see a leak to come in. He also estimated the price which was less than the dealer would quoted me. About a month later I saw some fluid under the car and made an appointment. He replaced it quickly and it ended up being a little less than the original quote. 
Leann and Jeff were great. They were honest about the car, the price and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Jeff and Leann were very professional.  Explained what was needed, gave accurate estimates and completed work when they said they would.

I dopped off my car and the oil change went very smoothly.
