I went to an annual bbq sale--their website had really low prices advertised ($10/sq ft) but I did not find any granite for sale at those prices. I ended up getting a quote for some mid-priced granite at $78/sq ft which was out of my budget so I did not use this company. They had other granite at lower prices, I think the cheapest I would have been able to do was about $55/sq foot, but it wasn't at all what I was hoping to find and $55 was still over my budget. The woman who helped me (Kara) was great, very helpful and personable and she knew her business. She spent about an hour with me and did not make me feel rushed or pressured. She followed up once, but did not continue to contact me when I didn't respond.

I don't remember the price but it was economical and competitive. The granite looks very good. When I went and chose the slab, one thing that was surprising is when I was getting to purchase, he pointed out that it was a half inch granite rather than three and a quarter inch thick granite. That would have been helpful had I known that ahead of time. I still purchased it but I felt bad to know towards the end. I'm still very happy with the granite and very pleased with the installation. They were quick professional and on time. We had to pay extra for the life time coating.

They were not very responsive. In the end, I never received a final quote with the information I asked for. It continued to go back and forth so we went with another company.

The project went well. We selected the granite from a local distributor and worked with the salesperson at Affordable on the layout. All the appointments were on time and interactions with the company were good.

They quoted me a price that seemed fair. When I agrred and asked for a 10% discount they advertised the price went up?!?! Then they called me back a day later and said they were doing me a favor because I would not be charged for a fabricating fee they forgot to charge. Affordable is not the correct word for this granite company.

I had a conversation with them over the phone on generalities. They were very professional and responsive. They answered all my questions. I don't know the price. I would use them in the future if I had the need to.

They are very professional, they have high quality and the installation came off on time. They were done perfect, you can't ask for a better service company.

We went to Affordable with a design to get a quote on kitchen cabinets. Peggy suggested some design changes which we loved. We felt that the bid for cabinets and granite was very reasonable. It was so convenient to order cabinets and granite from the same company. I loved working with Peggy, who answered all my questions and gave me the help I needed in deciding on many details. She is great to work with, knows her product and always made time for us. She was prompt in answering emails and spent time in our kitchen to ensure that our island fit our space properly. The cabinet delivery and installation were right on schedule. When the sink I ordered was unexpectedly back ordered, it delayed the scheduled granite install. Affordable still rescheduled us in the next week. Nathan, our cabinet installer, is a quality craftsman, attentive to detail, cleans up when finished, and is just a great guy to have working in your home. When a mis-communication happened regarding a set of drawers, Affordable corrected it without hesitation. The granite fabricators did a fabulous job with our countertop installation. We just love our new kitchen. I can't say enough about our great experience with Peggy, Nathan and the Affordable staff. I wish they did bathroom remodels which may be our next project!

Every stage went well. Our salesperson, Bob W., was very patient and helpful. He even returned our sink to us personally, when we had to leave it at the shop for a night for accurate measurement.

Perfect. The whole process was both easy and quick. I came in, picked out my granite, gave measurements and two weeks later I had a new countertop installed.

Everything went extremely well. Bob Wirkala was our salesman and he worked very diligently to get the right products for us. He made good suggestions and was excellent to work with. Ryan was our installer and he and his assistant did a great job. Everything looks beautiful.

They were very patient in letting us work through and figure out exactly what we wanted. They worked with us every step of the way. It was a painless process and we are very satisfied with the result.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! I researched extensively prior to choosing both the installer and granite distribution company. I received 6 estimates. Narrowed it down to two installers. Met with both again and finally chose Nina at Affordable Granite. They have generations of experience and their exceptional quality and customer care continues with this small family business. I had a lot of countertop space with few granite slabs left and it came down to a situation where every fraction of an inch was important. Nina worked closely with Tom at Stone Holding Company, the granite distributor, who also was awesome and went out of his way to make sure this all worked out. It went beautifully. The installers also were terrific and seams couldn't be better. They have a handyman that they'll refer you to for tear-out and hook-ups and he too did a fabulous job. Hardworking and went above and beyond. I would absolutely hire Affordable again and I'd buy my granite from Stone Holding

Great experience. Their price is the best in town, their customer service was better than most other places, and they were genuinely interested in helping us look at remnants, unlike a lot of other places. The only hiccup was when their CNC machine broke down, they had to delay delivery for a few days. It worked out OK in the end. I don't think I'd shop for granite anywhere else in town.

We encountered an obnoxious and patronizing saleswoman that definitely influenced our decision to not use this company. We knew that we wanted to use white marble for our countertops and were aware of its porosity and that it will gain a patina over time. From the moment we told the saleswoman what we wanted, she proceeded to argue and patronize us regarding our choice of white marble. To top it off, the estimate included square footage that was nearly twice the amount that our kitchen would really need. They calculated 40sf but the most we (and other countertop installers) calculated was 27sf.

I was researching options for a stone countertop for a bathroom vanity, and ended up chatting with Nina. She was incredibly helpful on the phone, and encouraged me to come into the shop and see the possibilities. My husband and I spent several hours with Nina, and her father, and they were very patient, and accommodating. We also had several follow-up communications via email, and Nina was professional, and responsive. In the end we didn't end up using them (because they didn't have a remnant of the type of granite we ended up choosing), but I would use them next time in a heartbeat. I left with a real sense of confidence in their commitment to quality, and service. They are just plain nice people.

GREAT EXPERIENCE FROM THE FIRST TIME WE WALKED INTO THE STORE UNTIL THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE. NINA, THE SALES REP, WAS EXCELLENT IN HELPING US THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS, FROM GOING OUT TO THE SUPPLIER AND SELECTING OUR SLABS, TO ACTUALLY LETTING US HELP LAY OUT THE CUTS PRIOR TO FABRICATION. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AS IF THEY WERE WORKING ON THEIR OWN HOUSE. EVERYTHING WAS ON SCHEDULE AND IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 8 DAYS FROM THE TIME THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED UNTIL THE INSTALL WAS COMPLETE. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
