Fireplace 911

Patrick Gagliardi is great! He came and fixed our fireplace *On a Sunday* no less. The thermostat wires had gotten disconnected and i reconnected them wrong. He did a good inspection and thorough cleaning, got things fixed up right, explaining the work he was doing and what to look for and maintain in the future. Patrick was less than half the price quoted by the big companies but 10Xs the value, just as educational tuition for me. i wouldn't call anybody else.

My fireplace is working again! Yay!

Pat Gagliardi, company owner, did a wonderful job. He removed and cleaned the glass both inside and out.. He cleaned all the parts and tested to make sure everything was in good working order. Best of all, he taught me all about the fireplace and how to use it. He said I could call him anytime with questions. Charge was only $125 but that was a special price for our townhome complex.

Pat was excellent! Very tidy, explained everything he did, did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, showed me how the thing worked, told me the make & model number as I had asked so I could go on line & find an owner's manual. Even brought the dog treats!

They were very receptive, they worked with my schedule, and they were trustworthy to leave in the home alone. They left a very clean workplace when they left. The product is still functioning, and they called back and over served.
