The work was fabulous. Gordy is so meticulous. They've done som fabulous decks and remodels in my area so I had a lot of confidence they'd be great.

Paul sets up a time to meet and review the project, he then goes and prepares his estimate and calls with any questions or concerns about the direction of the project.  After completion of the bid he returns and sits down and goes over all the costs in detail. He will give you ideas as to where you can save some money by utilizing different materials or different designs.  Once an agreement is made he has a contract you sign and he gets his money down and then goes off to set the schedule for the work. Once started, there is project manager who is on site to deal with day to day issues and resolve any questions or concerns you have.  Paul does a majority of the carpentry himself along with 1 or two other people which seems to guarantee a job well done.  He has been very approachable when we have had questions about the process.
