Description of Work: They contacted me right away to schedule. The serviceman was on time and very knowledgeable. The inspection seemed thorough. By the end I had gained insight into my "situation" with my aging AC unit.

Description of Work: We used a Big Deal offer to get a 20 point AC cleaning, but the service didn't include a chemical treatment for our Split AC Unit. When I called them and asked them to make up the difference, they were very forthright and supportive, we agreed upon a follow up price, and they came out and performed the rest of the work. Excellently. Their communication and followup was wonderful throughout.

Description of Work: A/C tune up. Only misgiving was that the AL Big Deal seemed to shift them into finding stuff to fix instead of advising what needed to be fixed.

Description of Work: Everything went reasonably well until the end. Then the provider did 2 things that were unnecessary. He tried to sell me something that I likely do not need, Second - and most egregious - he told me personal stories and gave opinions about my employer (light rail) that were completely uncalled for. I hate it when people use me for their bully pulpit.

They answered all of our questions and we are especially enjoying their work now as the warm weather sets in! We are very, very happy with their work.

Description of Work: They put in a new furnace and humidifier. Came when they said, installed it in one day. We have had no problems since the installation. Only problem was the energy rebate form was sent to the wrong company, which initially might have been our fault. We told them about it but they forgot to send the form in again. After several months with no rebate, we inquired about it. They admitted they forgot to resend it. They subsequently sent it in and we got our rebate. This is a minor complaint; we have no complaints about the products or installation.

Description of Work: I was told by a customer service rep. that the technician would be able to repair my furnace, but after he was here he informed me that he would not be able to repair my furnace. I felt this was misleading. Had I known that the company was only coming out to inspect my furnace, I would have gone with a much cheaper bid. I am very disappointed with the service.
