Description of Work: Ian & Tony arrived on time, they installed a Furnace & A/C unit and explained everything very explicitly. They were friendly and cleaned well when they were done. I would recommend them to all.

Description of Work: Fall furnace tune up and work deemed satisfactory when performed. About one month later (mid November) we returned from an extended trip to find a very cold home and furnace ignition problem, requiring rust to be removed from gas distribution perforations at the flame. Common issue with high performance gas furnaces.
