They were at my house on time and VERY professional. My tech was Ian and he was VERY patient with me and went through the whole process.

It couldn't have been better Chad did a great job explaining things installing and cleaning up after it was all done.

I am on a customer program with them. I have used them for 10 to 15 years.

Project went well, they kept me informed of arrival time and was able to complete project in the someday. Installers were polite & professional & would recommend them for future projects.

The salesmen visited my house to determine what I needed and to size the equipment needed. (He actually recommended a smaller AC than what I was replacing. ) The installer arrived on time, worked until the job was done and left the area clean. Before leaving he walked me through everything that he did and how to use the new equipment.

Sales call was honest & helpful, informative, Anthony Bonnetta was very professional, very hard working, clean, informative, was accidental, and booked but took extra time to explain & never acted Rushed or did rushed work. Thoroughly cleaned & inspected after done. Great to work with.

Very pleased with the install, the knowledge of the equipment. Very clean and professional. Would recommend and use in the future.

It went extremely well. The two service techs (Tony and Jeff) knew what they were doing and did not waste any time performing the job. They laid out drop cloths to protect my rug and were very careful with anything that they had to bring through the house. They were both very friendly and professional. Tony was the lead so he made sure that I knew exactly what they were going to be doing and kept me informed during the whole operation. A new filter holder had to be made by the sheet metal company and while they were waiting for that to be delivered they cleaned everything up and made sure everything was reconnected and back in place. Tony explained all of the paperwork to me before I signed it and also informed me that they would file all of the rebates. I would have Total Comfort out again when I need something done and I would asked that Tony and Jeff be the service techs. They were wonderful. They even had to deal with my husband watching over them (he was very interested to see how things were done) and they could not have been nicer to him. Very respectful.

Brian (provided good input) recommendation on the type of unit needed, system was delivered on time & installed. Cleanup after job done was not great.

The service rep was extremely polite, professional and courteous at every opportunity. Despite my issues with the service performed, he was a very nice guy who at least seemed to know about stuff. The service rep told my wife that the nest was not capable of working with humidifiers, or something along those lines, which was not true. I think he may need to read up on the capabilities of the 3rd edition nest thermostat. After calling them myself, I had convinced them to come over, trusting that he would be able to understand our situation after showing them the schematics needed to connect the NEST in person and agreed to the visitation fee. As I pointed out to them, the nest does NOT need to have a C wire to operate correctly, as he seemed to insist that it did. As you can see on their site here: [*** Link removed ***] -- Even if it were needed, The NEST website also mentions that an "HVAC Professional" (which I assume he is) can install a "C" wire for me, which he claimed I needed an electrician to do. Extremely disappointing. The configuration required to connect the humidifier to the nest required a 24V HVAC Relay, which I pointed out to him in the schematics I printed from Nest's website here: [*** Link removed ***] (See the section on "Stand Alone Humidifier, 2 Wire") -- The service rep said he had never installed one of these before, but I would expect someone at a Senior level (which the person who scheduled the visit said he was) in their position would be capable of performing an installation like this, regardless of actual experience. I even had purchased it ahead of time for him to install. After a few hours after he left, I successfully connected the humidifier to the Nest thermostat myself after about 10 minutes of research online. In summary, the service guy's advice was misleading and in some cases wrong, and he was unable to perform the service requested, as he claimed, without an electrician running additional wire to the nest, which turned out was not needed. For future customers, please learn about these thermostats properly before charging people to come out for service. I would expect an HVAC service professional affiliated with the home depot, which carries the NEST thermostat, would be better capable to perform installations.

Humidistat did not work, so will return to install 3/23/163/23/16 – replacement part installed-great!

Awesome. Great info term Steve who told us about the unit. I am & his work crew were on time, effective & efficient. They put drop clothes down to protect our wood floor.

Trouble free from beginning to end. From scheduling the first appointment to install to the draining session these guys are great to work with very friendly and easy to talk with. Very little mess or disruption and when they left it wasn't even noticeable that they were here, I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic- Ean was rock star- he stayed until 7:30 pm to diagnose a small problem and resolved it. Quality work from start to finish. Handled all rebate forms for me.

This company is absolutely awesome. My A/C was not working during an extremely hot humid week. They squeezed me in because they understood that frail, elderly dogs cannot handle that kind of weather. The technician was absolutely wonderful. I would hire this company again any day. They were such a pleasure to work with, and they had me up and running quickly.

Initially I had written a negative review because I didn't feel good about my whole experience. Total Comfort contacted me to talk about what happened and see how they could make it right. This alone was much appreciated Lee seemed to really understand why I was upset and she took it upon herself to rectify the situation. On two separate occasions they sent out one of their senior guys, at no cost to me, to take a look at my furnace with no sales pitch or pressure to buy. I'm a new homeowner and don't know a lot about furnaces yet - and each guy took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions so I understood how everything worked and what I needed. I really appreciated that they took the time to educate me about my furnace and consult with me about how I could update and improve my heating system. After each visit, Lee called to check in and make sure I was happy. They also refunded me for the initial visit. It was great to see how much Total Comfort cares about the satisfaction of their customers and the quality of their services.

I asked for an free estimate of zones and thermostats for two apartments that needed to be replaced. I was told I would receive estimates by email that evening. I never heard from the technician again and the heat went out that night after this technician inspected it that afternoon. I had to call another company not from Angie's List. I'm disappointed I purchased a membership from Angie's List as this was my first experience with Angie's list.
