Description of Work: Although Kiersten missed a few items initially, when I brought them to her attention, she did a great job in followup. She accepts criticism professionally and, as a whole, does a good job. I have recommended her and have now used her several times for routine house cleaning.

Description of Work: House cleaning. She fit me into her very busy schedule which I really appreciate. She worked very slowly. It took her over 3 hours to clean the upstairs of our house (about 1000 sq ft). She never made it to the downstairs. The work was done okay but not great for the amount of time it took.

Description of Work: She does the main level and Master bedroom. The whole main level is hardwood and I have a huge shedding dog. It is really hard work to clean floor but she does it and no complaints. She also taught me some cleaning tricks for my hard water stains on shower door. I have used her several times. I wanted to make sure her service was consistent before I wrote a good review. If you need housecleaning help, call her.
