Description of Work: They came out and looked at a problem I thought I was having. They were thorough but found no problem. I did have to pay for their coming out but I really appreciated the fact that they were honest and did not find something to be repaired that did not need it.

BRIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
Description of Work: I WAS ABLE TO GET SOMEONE TO COME OUT THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. BRIAN WALKED AROUND THE HOUSE TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL ENTRY POINTS FOR MICE. HE LEFT BAIT BOXES IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND GARAGE. HE RETURNED TWO WEEKS LATER TO CHECK THE ACTIVITY OF THE BAIT BOXES.

THE TECH THEY SENT OUT WAS SCOTT. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH ABOUT CHECKING THE PREMISES AND EXPLAINING OUR OPTIONS. WE DECIDED TO PURCHASE A FULL-YEAR CONTRACT SINCE IT WOULD BE CHEAPER THAN HAVING THEM COME OUT AGAIN FOR A SEPARATE FEE IN THE SPRING (THEY SEEM TO COME EVERY YEAR). WE HAD AN UNRELATED PROBLEM LAST WEEK AND SCOTT CALLED BACK PROMPTLY AND CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY. FRIENDLY, KEPT THEIR WORD, AND SERVICE HAS BEEN EFFECTIVE!
