I have used them for several of my homes in the past. They always do good work and are able to handle any issues.

I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are wonderful. We are satisfied with their service.

The service is fine. They try to get you to sign up for long term contracts and I don't like that kind of thing. As far as the general service, it was fine. I haven't used other companies, so I can't compare.

We used them for 5 years up until 2009 and then we dropped them. They were very good. We had a business and we closed it so we stopped using them. We paid $500 a year for 3 residences and a business. They came when they said they were coming. They always did a good job. They were well informed. We had the same woman every time and she was very good. They were reliable and reasonably priced. They were easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We would use them again.

The Plunkett's guy was really good. Nice guy. He did the work that I was expecting him to do. He will be returning 2 or 3 more times to assess the infestation further. This is included in the price. I will be purchasing further services from them.

It was excellent. Chad is the technician that comes out to our home 3 or 4 times a year. He is very polite. He is very prompt and does a very good job.

I had ants. They are excellent and really nice guys. John and Scott are really timely and respectful and arrive whenever you need them to.

They are a good high quality company. I have used them in the past too. They are very helpful and trustworthy. I like their professionalism. I would recommend them to others and would use them again in the future.

Great customer service. The service tech was very pleasant on the phone and I will seek out their services in the future if I have other pests that invade my home.

PLUNKETT'S PEST CONTROL We are pleased with Plunkett's Pest Control. They came out and took care of the ants. We signed a year's contract with them, and they will come out every 3 months. They check for animals, mice, put down traps, etc. The guy that is in charge of our area is a great guy. He comes when he says he is coming, very respectable of the house. He treated for box elder bugs 2 weeks age and we haven't seen any since then. The price is a little high, but it is worth the peace of mind, to know they check for everything.

I found them Angies List. It was fine and satisfactory. The price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.

It’s been a great experience. They get the job done and their method is very effective.

I pay them about $500 a year. I used to rate them an A, but the guy that they had assigned for me for 4 years quit. Then they assigned another guy and he doesn’t come out like he should. So, I usually end up calling. The only reason why I am still with them is that I am too lazy to look for somebody else.

They are fabulous! I would recommend them to anybody.

I use them regularly. I have an annual agreement and they come out periodically during the year. I think it’s every 3 months or so. They are very responsive so if have something special that’s going on that needs treatment, they come out. I had a wasp issue and I asked them to come out and they came out. They were very responsive when I called them regarding that. It’s nice having a service like that. When something pops up with pests of any kind, an annual service is nice. They seem to do a good job. Their price is reasonable. I would continue to use them in the future.

The service provider's name is Kim. I have been using them for over three years. I have had them come out three different times. I have called them every year once to come out. He is good. We had him come out for mice and he is good. He would come back and check on a regular basis. When there was no activity he told us that if we saw anything in 60 days or something like that he would come out again. He is a very nice guy and we are pleased with his level of knowledge and expertise. He has been at it for a long time.

They are wonderful. When we first moved here, we had a problem with carpenter ants so we decided to take out a yearly contract. They come 4 times a year. If we have a nuisance problem then we don't get charged a huge fee because the contract covers it. Once you get carpenter ants, you can get them again. We've had them for over 25 years. They do a really good job. There have been 3 different fellows that come. One fellow left and is back. They do a really good job. They are very good and their price is good.

When we were about to change the deck we found a bug’s nest and when we called many pest control companies, no one was ready to come. Then we called the Plunkett’s and they came out very quickly and they cleaned out everything and they did some spraying so that it wouldn’t come again. They also went around the house to find out if there any other places they had got into and also cleaned up all the mess. They gave a very less estimate and we hadn’t had any bug problem since then. The other thing which I liked about them was that I was concerned about my dogs and about the chemicals but they used something that doesn’t hurt anyone. It was really good for us. Their price was very reasonable. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again in the future and would bother about anything else because they were the first who came very quickly to do the job.

We had Plunketts out to handle a vol problem. They diagnosed the problem and set traps. They never returned as he said they would and the problem got worse. So we called them back and he apologized and came out to take a look and set more traps. Then he never returned again, or called. We still have vols.

we have also used them for mice and a bee hive they are not the cheapest but fairly priced it all went very smooth and they clean up after themselves

This may seem like a weird report since I spent nothing but that is exactly why I am creating one. I called Plunkets asking them to come to get rid of some pantry bugs I couldn't seem to get rid of. Over the phone they asked me sopme questions and then told me steps I could take to get rid of them for no charge. Then they said if after doing these steps they would be happy to come out if still needed. In my opinion that was wonderful service becuase they could have just come out, taken my money and told me the same things.

They are very professional. They are responsive and very timely. They answer all questions. Their pricing is just a little bit high from my perspective. They have done a very good job for us. I am on a quarterly program with them.

They treated some bugs and carpenter ants. I showed them the same and they found a nest outside the house. They then sprayed pesticide and we never had the issue after that. I like their services and will use the same in future.

On the first visit she said she would not be able to guarantee the job because of my foundation. The house was built in 1900 and has a stone foundation. I asked her to try nonetheless. When she came back, the bait in the traps had been eaten and no mice had been caught. She said it was because they were juvenile mice and too light to spring the traps. She put out more bait. She came back several times and no mice were ever caught in the traps although the bait was always eaten. The sticky boards didn't work either. At the last visit she fired me basically. She said that I had used too much of her time (company's money) in comparison to what I had paid and that she would not be coming out again. She did say that the poison had been eaten and that perhaps they were going outside to die. This is possible. I was still seeing fresh signs of mice, however. She also now said that they had trapped one mouse in a basement trap. If this happened, she did not mention it to me when it happened and I found it odd that she now insisted that she had caught one. I know she was frustrated as well that nothing had gone according to plan and she was probably just confusing me with someone else. She agreed to leave the poison bait in the basement and left some of the traps, but took back the sticky boards (at my request). We purchased our house as a foreclosure and had done considerable work on the inside, but hadn't finished putting down quarter round in all the rooms. On the last visit, she hypothesized that the mice could not be caught in the traps because the quarter round was not down. Though earlier she said it was because they were juvenile. The same day she was closing my account, a representative from Wildlife Management was at my house looking for a possible squirrel in the attic. When she heard this, she then said that maybe the mice were being extra careful because they knew something was in the attic. At this point I didn't know if there was a squirrel up there or not. I may have just been hearing all the mice. Wildlife Management also does pest removal and at their next visit they took a look at the outside of the home. (Keeping in mind that when Plunketts first did the outside inspection there was no snow and when Wildlife Management came there was about 5 inches of snow.) They found that the line that goes into the basement from the AC unit at the back of the house had no insulation around it and it was a huge hole in mice terms for getting into the house. This was not mentioned at all by Plunketts and it is in the area of the basement that she theorized they were entering. He also found a crack in the front steps the size of a small rubber ball that appeared to lead to an entrance as well. I'm not sure what to think of this experience. I've never had a company say that although they hadn't completed the objective of the work that they were quitting. She said it was an issue of money, but did not say that she could keep trying for additional money. She said she was quitting. I'm sure she did her best and some of what she said was probably true, but I doubt I would use this company again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.
