Great service and good selection

This was an amazing experience. Dean called me within seconds after I posted my contact information, and he was out to my house the next morning at 9:00 to take measurements and provide me with a quote and samples to choose from. Within less than two weeks, the quartz countertops were installed, and I absolutely love them! When it comes time to change my bathroom vanities to quartz, I will absolutely be calling StoneMasters & Sons to do the work!

Quick to initially contact us regarding out project. Very professional and courteous scheduling and during initial appointment but then it ended. I received an estimate for the job but I had a few questions regarding the estimate so I emailed the company. Emailing Stonemasters is cumbersome as you have to verify yourself every time you send them an email (you would think you would be okay once you do it, but nope). I did finally get a reply to one on my questions after contacting them a couple of times. I emailed again but never received a response. I guess they didn't want the job.

Stonemasters was great! Dean (owner) knows countertops, but his crew is what really give this company the 5 star rating. The 2 installers we had at our home were outstanding. Informing me of every part of the install and also giving tips and pointers on how to maintain the countertops after being installed. All the while being cognizant of our needs (we had 2 sick little ones at home the day they installed). They were on-time, on budget and customer focused through the entire transaction. Dean litearlly called me 45 seconds after I submitted my request on homeadvisor...at 9:45PM....on a FRIDAY!!! He might just be crazy, but to me...that's outstanding customer service!!! He came out the next day, we ordered on the spot, and within a week we had new countertops. Outstanding Outstanding Outstanding. Wish more companies were run this way. Would recommend Stonemasters to anyone!
