Overall I'm pleased with our countertops, there was a miscommunication along the way in pricing and a little too much time in between communications once the order was placed, but the service men were prompt and courteous and the job ended well.

Nice counters! High price. Slow service and communication. At the end of the day we are pleased with the final product but think we could do it for a more cost effective price.

There were some problems not related to quality of work. I told him what days i was not available. they chose one of those days and nobody informed me when they were coming. I had to call them to find out. they brought the wrong countertops. I told them but I agreed to keep them because i had chosen them first and then had changed them. I agreed to keep them but they owed me a small refund which took a while to com my way.

Dean had to requote my kitchen countertops a few times due to my multiple requests, but did so promptly and with great follow up; have already recommended to other friends

They were the lowest bid and the countertops are top quality! Couldn't be happier. Measuring and install crew were personable and friendly. Very pleased.

showed up with wrong cut for the edge, wrong size stone had to be cut down for proper fit, when they pulled the sink out broke the main drain , had a couple chips in the granit hope my backsplash will cover the chips up.

Did a good job overall and we are happy with the new counter top. Cost was a little higher than we expected. Tear out could have been done more carefully to avoid minor damage. Whole job took three guys two hours to complete.

Dean and his guys are great! Willing to work with me on my project even though it was not a full job and got it done fast.

Dean, the owner, was great to work with. He was very straightforward with estimates and followed through on completion of installation as planned. His staff were very professional and courteous. We felt we had the right information to make decisions and all at a fair price. The workmanship was terrific.
