The Youngstedt team is great. Mario and his crew did a great job of getting my car serviced, alerting me of upcoming items that will need to be taken care of, and ensuring that I can get another 100k miles from my car!

I showed up to their store without an appointment and they were able to fit me in on the spot.  They changed my oil and did a fluids service that was due on my car.  I also told them that I had been having problems with the Shock and strut replacement that another location had performed.  Angelo told me to bring my car back when I had more time and he would try to make it better for me.

Very good communication on status.  Took care of arranging to get the car to the shop and finished the work same day.  Everything is still working fine.  Pricey - It was only about a 5 mile tow but cost around $80 (although they did give me a range upfront that included $80 dollars). Was surprised how much the no start test was.  They did automatically give me a discount because of where I worked.

Good service, would use it again.

They are honest. They are relationship oriented. They want you to come back.

Called to get an appointment - super easy - able to get me in the next day.  We pervioulsy purchased tires but they did not have time to check the alignment.  So we schedule a time for that as well as a transmission fluid change.  The entire process went pretty fast.  However, I was surprised when I went to pay the bill.  It was $100 higher than I anticipated.  Apparently the alighment was off and they just went ahead and did the service.  I would have preferred to know in advance and then authorize the service.  I expressed my frustrations at their process.  Whether the car needed the alignment is another topic (it did and the service was fine).  Later that day the manager called me to apologize for the oversight in calling me on the need for the service.  I thought that was a good way for them to resell themselves to me.

It’s relatively easy to get an appointment with them, since they have quite a few service bays. They always get me in at the scheduled time. They also seem to have quite a few coupon offers. I’m pleased with their oil change specials and new tires, and can recommend them for these services. (I am not yet familiar with their other more extensive repair services.)

I spent more money than I wanted to and I don’t like how expensive they are. Their customer service is very good, their workmanship seems very good, but their work is not cheap.

Fast. Fair prices. Good customer service. Was able to shuttle me to my office. Will use them again. Prefer them over the Chanhassen Youngsted's.

We payed $2100 to have our transmission fixed only to drive a 1/2 mile down the road to have it go out again. The manager was rude about it and would not cover any repair even though my receipt said I had a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. These people have the worst customer service.

Wanted tire rotation/balance as I had purchased in Oct. of 2007. They called me after I had dropped the car off to suggest other recommended services, each of which had been recommended in Oct. I would have gotten them done had I remembered so was glad they suggested them (radiator flush, auto transmission fluid replaced). "Nik" offered that there was a current $50 off coupon and he applied that to the bill. Had the work done and when I got home I looked at invoice from earlier work and due to a rather confusing format of the statement, I thought the radiator flush had been done in Oct. so I called. Nik was great in helping me see that it was recommended and declined by me last Oct. Friendly, courteous and punctual.

My low tire light went on as I left the parking lot. I called to see if they were still open, but they told me that it takes about 20 minutes for the light to "adjust" to new tires. Because of my work schedule, I ended up having to drive on low tires for two more days until I was able to bring the car back in. They discovered that each tire was exactly 10 lbs. low, and tried to convince me that it was just a coincidence, because they have "special procedures" for inflating this kind of tire. They then insisted I had to bring the car back again the next day (after a 12-hour work day) to make sure they weren't leaking, (which of course, they weren't.) We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt since we had a $50 coupon, and took my son's Volkswagen Jetta to have all of his tires replaced. This time, his wheel weights flew off as he was driving home on the highway, after we paid $60 for the computer spin balancing. We'll never use this shop again!

I bought my tires here a year and a half ago and brought my car in for a free rotation. I also requested them check the alignment since the steering wheel pulled. They covered the various scenarios in cost for an alignment and after checking the car they were honest and told me it wasn't too far out of alignment. I decided to proceed with the work. They also lectured me about bringing the car in for its regular tire-rotation...seems I'm delinquent in getting it in regularly. They seem very determined that I use this free service more often!

We use this auto service consistently, mostly because they are very convenient in location & hours. The staff is friendly & is not condescending, which has happened to me other places. They will provide a ride if needed & answer phones promptly. We get honest estimates & no surprises. The repairs are backed by a guarantee & we have needed to use it once or twice. The prices often seem high & sometimes they find other things to repair that I am not certain need immediate repair. My husband is good at knowing if a repair is urgent, so we can choose wisely. However, our vehicles have high miles, so it may be that there is a lot of small stuff wrong & they are trying to save us another visit.

THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX A RATTLING MUFFLER, BUT A FEW DAYS AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE, IT STARTED RATTLING AGAIN. THEY FORGOT TO ATTACH SOMETHING CORRECTLY AND WE HAD TO GO BACK. IT'S THE SECOND TIME IT'S HAPPENED TO US AT THE EP LOCATION, BUT WE'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AT THE CHANHASSEN LOCATION.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH.
