Description of Work: They repaired collision damage. They were professional and did good work. We are very satisfied. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Covered by insurance because I was hit from behind. Minor damage, good service. Seems like they have excellent technicians.

Description of Work: Replaced the rear fender. Everyone was friendly and professional from the time I walked in the door for the estimate to walking out the door after the work was completed. Hopefully, I won't need any more collision work in the future, but if I do, I will definitely contact LaMettry!

Description of Work: it was fine except kind of frustrating because they put a rusty wheel on my car, because they "did not have the right part" , the guy first tried to argue with me that all they are required to do is restore it to how the car was and not give you a new wheel. and I was like .....my wheel WAS NEVER rustry, so then the manager came out, apologized and then said they would reorder the part. and so I went back the 2nd time, and they ordered the wrong part, so I had to go back the third time .... it was VERY frustrating. not sure if this happens a lot, but one time was enough for me.

Description of Work: Damaged back corner of Jeep Cherokee and PDR. Replaced bumper and corner panel and had to touch up corner of the frame and rustproofing and paint. PDR on side door from door ding. Jeep again looks like the new truck it was before getting hit. They buffed the whole thing out and cleaned up the interior. It was more shiny than when I got it from the dealership.

Description of Work: I have used Lamettry's numerous times over the years. In this instance, they did a repair after I was clipped in a parking lot. They assessed the damage during the estimate by cleaning and buffing out the areas that they could which minimized the repair work required. When I dropped off the vehicle for repair, they performed the work quickly and professionally. I recommend Lamettry's.
