We continue to shop there. Prescriptions are the most competitively priced we've seen. They provide prompt refunds if items are unsatisfactory.

Ordered tires at the store but that store didnt have the tires for my less common vehicle but they were able to get the tires from another store the next day and have them installed later that day. Installation was quick and the techs called me as soon as the car was ready to go. Fast and easy experience with Costco tire center. A few months later I ran over broken glass and took it up to Costco and they fixed the tire within an hour no problem.

My son used to work for them a number of years ago and thus got connected to it then and I find them fine. They are very efficient. They have a Call in Service where you and call in and get your prescription serviced over the phone. They take them down and it is ready for you within 24 hours. They actually send it out if you need it. It moves quickly and usually I don't have to wait long for anything there. I know their price is good.

They were fabulous. They carpeted 6 rooms. The staff was excellent. They have the best price and they were efficient and quick. They were pleasant to work with.

Costco is a great example of what happens when you treat your employees well, and offer a quality product.

Pretty standard tire replacement. Savings on a set of 4 tires was good. Guys in the shop are straight shooters - just get the job done. The service includes lifetime rotation and pressure checks and they're always nice about checking the tires.

Costco does not have a particularly good selection of frames, so my husband elected to use the frames he already had. The lenses were ground within a week. Unfortunaterly, his prescription (which included a prism correction) did not work for him. The optician attempted to adjust the fit of the glasses, but that was not helpful. My husband got a second prescriptiion from his opthalmologist (without prism correction) and Costco redid the glasses at no charge. I would recommend Costco Optical sevices to anyone interested in getting good service for a reasonable price. Their turn-around time is about average (one week). I found their prices to be about half what I paid at another Optician for my own glasses. The downside is a very limited selection of frames.

I took my daughter for an eye check since she has been complaining about her vision. After checking her a few times, the optometrist advised us that vision therapy may help. So, we have made a vision therapy appointment since there was no difinitive result for needing glasses.

I was able to walk in and get an appointment right away. Provider was professional and friendly. I have really bad eyes and wasn't able to get a sample of the contacts I wanted to try in my prescription at the time of the appointment, but they were able to order the lenses, which arrived a few days later. The exam was reasonably priced and as a Costco member, the glasses and contacts at the optical shop are a really good price.

They were punctual. They were fast. I like that it is a one stop shop. You get you eye exam and glasses in one spot.

Terrible. Initially, Tire Department manager told us we were being too picky (in light of identifying damage) and that we should have prefaced our attention to detail before we had the service performed. Pathetic excuse for careless work on an automobile. Once the claim was routed to a claims advisor - it only got worse. Phone calls / emails were ignored for months. Costco did not apologize for the situation at all nor the aftermath that followed. They should be ashamed of themselves for the quality of service provided. I will NEVER have work done to my automobile again here and I will do everything within my power that my friends and family do not either.

I went to another place and it was $378 including a discount. For the same lenses with an upgrade in terms of the progression in them Costco’s price was $181. If I had compared it exactly, the difference would have been $121 but I got an upgrade with a little bit better quality where the progression allowed for my trifocals to actually go from side to side instead of a round spot in the center. The cost for that at the other place was $478, which was a huge cost difference. I would have gotten them back in about the same period of time; it was about a two week time period. I had waited 45 minutes at the other place and at Costco when I sat down with the optician I was done in less than five minutes. I would absolutely use them again in the future. I have gotten contact lenses that were $348 through my optician and I can get them for $44 through Costco. I don't have to be a member of Costco to use their optical center or their pharmacy. I used them because Consumer Reports state that they absolutely recommend them as the best optician in the United States.

The staff was very informative, helpful, and accommodating. They provided me with the total out the door price which including mount and balance on state of the art equipment, new rubber valve stem, nitrogen tire inflation, and inflation for the life of the tire, and the wheels were torqued to manufactured specifications. Also, for the life of the tire they will rotate, rebalance, and repair flats, which is stated on my printout. Lucas, was exceptionally professional, courteous and helpful. I chose to shop in the store while the work was being done, and the car was ready in the time frame they stated. Lucas even helped me load a heavy item into my trunk. I am very happy with today's experience at Costco.

I made my initial contact online through the Costco website. A salesperson called me and we set up the consult at the house. She came out, measured and then we looked at samples. A quote was calculated, and I had to sign the contract and pay at that time. Later, I was contacted by both Costco and the installers to set up a date that was convenient for me. The install went smoothly and the carpet looks great. If you like dealing with only one person, this is not the best choice for you. However, if you are comfortable dealing with multiple arms of a large corporation (and getting your Costco rebate), this worked very well. The price was right, the product is high quality, and the install was well done.

I just happened to go there because I needed a new pair of tires. They put the tires for me after I did the grocery shopping. They have very high rated tires, have very good prices and they have great sales. They are the first one's that have ever told me to come back after a day to check the lug nuts in the car for safety purposes. They also use nitrogen instead of air and I get much smoother ride with the nitrogen tires.

I had my physician send a prescription to Costco, and I arrived at Costco about 15 minutes after they opened. The pharmacy had my prescription but was still in the process of getting ready for the day. That worked out fine as I was able to get some shopping done while I waited. However, if I had been in a hurry I'm sure this would have upset me. Also, the doctor wrote me a separate prescription for nasal decongestant with the notation "prescription is good for one year - keep on file" due to my annual battle with severe colds. He added a note "do not fill today". Once I picked up my prescription, the pharmacy tech has filled both prescriptions despite the note on one of them saying "do not fill today". Again, not a big deal as they simply took it back.

They are very courteous and helpful. It is a good pharmacy and I never had any problems with them. The price is also very competitive.

They fixed a couple of flat tires afterwards for free. Their service was good. They helped pick out my tires. They were great.

I used to think Costco was a little high priced on their LCD TVs, but if you watch, they have some really good deals. In Sept., I bought a 32" Sharp LCD (720) for $499 for my parents for Christmas. In Oct., I went back to get another for my boyfriend's b-day. They had a 32" Westinghouse (720) right next to the Sharp for $399 and I liked the picture and style better, so bought that one. At that time, a Costco employee assisted me and explained that Costco extends the manufacturers warranty to two years and they come to your house if the TV is 32" or larger, so I figured I couldn't go wrong. In Nov., I bought a 46" Sharp Aquos (1080) online for $999 plus $40 shipping (cheaper than buying at the Costco store) and in Feb., I bought a 42" Vizio (1080) for $699. All the TVs work great so far, but I am not worried as Costco is a great store with which to do business. With the two-year warranties on all these TVs, I was confident with my purchases. The only concern I had was that the $999 TV I bought online would be delivered without requiring a signature. I was able to track when the package was going to arrive, but I couldn't be home that day. I didn't want a 46" LCD TV sitting on the front step all day, so, I left a note for my UPS delivery person asking him to either redeliver the next day or to leave it in my garage (I informed the UPS driver in my note that my garage code would be the last digits of the UPS tracking number). My wonderful UPS delivery person put the TV in the garage and all was well.:) I love Costco!!!

I bought a Samsung 32" LCD TV from Costco. The TV is fantastic. Within 2 months, however, the TV price dropped $50 two times. Costco refunded me each time. Originally, the price with taxes is $800 which is lower than its competitors. Eventually, I got it for a total of $700. The people behind the desk was friendly, and willingly refunded $100.
