Description of Work: I requested a bid for roofing my house and garage. Tracey was easy to work with and willing to discuss options or issues about the work to be done. Generally a very sincere and seemingly conscientious contractor. My primary reason for not using his services was due to the price quoted, which was about 25% higher than the bid that I took. He even went so far as to explain in detail his costing structure, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, by budget for the project wouldn't allow it. Even though I didn't do the work with him this time, I will keep him in mind for other jobs.
