Description of Work: very personable and polite... arrived on time and removed exercise equipment and old furniture in addition to junk. The cost for the service is based on square footage, and as the items hauled away took up more space than the base quote, the charge increased accordingly - more than double. I would hire Junk Happens again.

Description of Work: Everything went fine. I got a little thrown off by the amount of space that was available for the promotional price -- probably was my own fault, but I ended up paying a little extra for using extra space. The square yardage that I had available for the promotion was how much square yardage the trash would add up once it's loaded in the truck, not what the square yardage equals by itself. So, the dimensions expanded out a little more that I thought base on how it all fit into the truck. They were professional and prompt though, so everything worked out fine.

Description of Work: They were great about getting everything that I had designated for removal out the door and loaded into their truck. There were a few additional items that could have gone, but they can wait for the next time. I will certainly call them again when I need to clear out more stuff.
