They did a fantastic job and in a timely manner

Nice, professional crew. Set up and cleaned gutters efficiently. Cleaned up well and removed waste material. Good experience and Dixon's has been great to work with in the past to remove ice dams. Asked crew if they installed leaf guards and learned about a product they install called Leaf Guard. Proceeded with the installation of that product in August 2015 at a cost of approx. $1500.

went fine. they showed up a little early and then was some confusion on back 2nd floor windows, but we got it all worked out and I would use them again.

They called alled to see if they could come a bit early. Simon and Duncan were in and out in about 1-1/2 hrs. They were courteous and friendly AND they did a great job. We're very pleased and will use their services again!

Fantastic job! My windows look amazing - almost like there is nothing there and I am looking straight outside. Super impressive work. Also, they were very quick to get a quote. They were able to inconvenience themselves to get my job done super quickly based on a deadline I had. I was super impressed with the customer service to fit me in when I needed it done on such short notice. Also, reminders of the appointment were sent and someone called when they were on their way to the house. Impeccable service and great job on the windows. This is my first time ever getting windows cleaned and what a difference it makes in the house. So happy I spent the money to have this done! It won't be my last time.

The job was painless!!! They did an incredible job. Not one smear or speck of dirt on the windows. Super friendly guys. (The last time we had our windows cleaned which was by a different company, they stained the carpet when they did the inside windows, and in general made a real mess. Dixon's was so easy to work with and did such a wonderful job and even moved up the date of service due to a large event at our home the following weekend.)

We've hired Dixon's a number of times to clean our windows. They always do a fast but thourough job.

Provider came out to my house as per his message. That was very timely. He rang the doorbell but I could not answer it nor get to him by the time he had walked around my home with his clipboard taking notes. After 10-15 minutes or so he left. I never heard from him again. Why go to the trouble to come all the way out and then not follow through? Usually I go with the company that first responds to me, and I only go through Angie's list to find service providers.

Process started off perfectly, came out for a free estimate and then i called to schedule an appt. Pretty easy, right!? Day of the appt, they were running late due to 494 construction, so they callled to inform me that they were going to be a little late. I just appreciated the call, not many people do that. When they got here, Wayne and John were very nice and professional. They did an AWESOME job cleaing my window, screens and tracks. I would hire them again in a heart beat! While they were here, they were great to talk with and did not hurry even though I was their last job. They spent the time and detail to get the job done right. It was after 6pm before they left.

We just purchased a big deal item to have our gutters cleaned. We just bought a new home with high peak gutters, of course we had no idea we had gutter covers when I purchased the big deal to have them cleaned. This company was great, and of course let us know that we did not need their services, and didn't charge us anything! As embarrassed as we were to find that out, they were great and professional. I would highly recommend them, they were super professional, prompt, and courteous!

Dixon set up a date with me to power wash my garage floor and two patios. The worker showed up earlier than planned. He did a reasonable good job in washing, even though I don't consider it a perfect job.

I bought the deal without estimating how much I really needed - which ended up more than what I wanted/estimated. The way these gutter cover systems work is that you need to install them end to end, otherwise debris can get in and they have no way to come out. Since I have a large house, this end-to-end installations came out more expensive than what I had originally estimated. The work by Dixon was done quite well. They were professional, came on time. I got a call soon after the deal. Estimate was done promptly. -arun

I contacted Dixon's Home Service for an annual window cleaning for the third time on March 11, 2015 and they sent their crew of two guys, Simon and Greg who did an absolutely sensational job. I contacted Mark Shaeffer, owner and he said he would send out one of his best crews and stated they would be there at 8:30 am sharp and they were there at exactly 8:30a m. The very first thing did was slip on a pair of shoe covers and they started the job immediately. My windows were quite dirty after a tough winter and every window sill, sliding patio doors were all looking like new after they did their Dixon window magic. I have a very large house with a 60' sundeck and many windows and they brought their ladder and knew exactly what tools to use to get the house to shine and I was so pleased. I was so happy in fact, that I gave Mark Shaeffer a phone call immediately after the job was completed and told him how the crew exceeded my expectations and I know this made his day. They provided me with a copy of a personalized insurance certificate that outlines their liability coverage and workers compensation, in the event there was an injury, that protects the homeowner. (I encourage EVERY homeowner to get a copy of the contractor's insurance certificate with your name imprinted on it). They were highly skilled and knew exactly what they were doing and it felt like they were almost invisible when I was at home working. I will hire Dixon's Home Service again and again and again and I would hire them with CONFIDENCE and would give them an A+++ rating. Keep up the good work and I hope to have the same crew back next year, Mark! Thank you for a job well done.

All went perfectly. Choose on the basis of Angie's list recommendations. Called and scheduled for a couple of weeks out, agreeing on the work and price. The work included cleaning a large amount of debris, including growing maple seedlings, from about 60 feet of gutters on the rear of our house - and installing gutter covers to prevent future clogging from large trees in our yard. A crew of two showed up exactly when scheduled and dealt with the job (which was a full three stories high over our back walk-out). Clean-out and removal of the debris was great, and the installation of the new gutter covers went perfectly. We have now had them on through the fall and winter. The were the one of the best investments we have ever made. No more clogged gutters. Dixon's crew was courteous, personable and professional. They were an excellent, cost-effective choice for the services they provide.

It was very simple. They came out to my home, did the measurements, and quoted me a fair price. He told me the install date, and that was it. The installation was done while I was at work, and when i returned home there was no mess or debris found anywhere. Great job! professional. I will definitely use Dixon's in the future.

Contractor was schedule for November and then cancelled because they ran late on another project. Then to reschedule I really had to do the majority of the follow-up. They were not very proactive about finding another time.
