No response, if they don't respond to a sales inquiry, I imagine that they would be non-responsive to providing the actual service.

We have old windows and they were badly in need of a deep cleaning. The guys from Dixon's did a great job, but I would say to not feel bad about doing a walk around when they're done. Later that day I noticed cobwebs in a couple windows. Overall though, we felt like it was money well spent and can't believe how much better our windows look!

It went very well. I've had Dixon's wash my windows for several years and each time their workers have done a superb job. They are prompt, professional, and polite. They even helped me move back a couple of items of furniture. They explain exactly how they will do the job and then do it efficiently; and they are very neat and clean with their work. I have a two story house so several windows and storm windows as well, inside and outside.

This is the second time we’ve hired Dixon’s and both times they have been professional, courteous and have done a great job. Our windows are spotless -thank you!

Service was performed quickly, which was greatly appreciated as we have clients in and out of our salon almost every 15 minutes. Cleaning was very thorough, employees were professional and answered any questions we had. Would definitely hire again! Thanks guys!

Excellent. We have used Dixon’s to clean our windows for many years, spring and summer.

Prompt response to estimates and on time for the job. Worked steadily and finished within a couple of hours. Was pleased with the window cleaning; nice to be able to see out my windows again!! Thought they were going to clean window sills at the same time as they did the interior windows. They didn't do so at all, which was disappointing.

We have used Dixon's window cleaning services for many years now. Always very professional across the board. Easy to set up appointments, crew arrives on time, are very courteous and do a quality job. Our 5,000 sq ft house, with a lot of windows, is done top to bottom by a 2 person crew in approx. 2 hours

The last renter left the place FILTHY and the junker had not yet been there to clean out all the filthy abandoned stuff. The place looked like a war zone. In spite of the mess, your people had a wonderful, positive attitude and did a great job. If I were a competitor, I would hire them.

Things went well. It was raining the day they were scheduled to come, so they asked if they could wash the indoor portion and screens, then come back to do the outside. I wouldn’t need to be home when they returned to do the outdoor portion, but I was, and they did a great job.

Steven and Greg did an amazing job cleaning our windows, will for sure ask them to come the next time we need the service.

Very courteous and called before arrival and on arrival rang the bell informing arrival. While using a ladder to reach windows situated in our bedrooms which are 10-15 ft high, he gently placed ladders. Very good cleaning job.

I called Dixon's and a rep came out to my home within 24 hours to check out my gutter cleaning needs and an estimate was provided online promptly thereafter. I had to wait several weeks to get the work done (because Dixon's crews are very busy) but the service was scheduled efficiently. The gutter cleaning crew arrived on the scheduled day and on time and cleaned all of the gutters in less than an hour. They were courteous and there was no disruption to my lawn/garden by the cleaning, All gutter debris was removed and I am very happy with the result. This is my first time working with Dixon's and I will call them in the future.

The young men who arrived from Dixon's were prompt, courteous and did a great job cleaning our windows. We were very pleased with the result and would hire Dixon's again in a heartbeat.
