They never showed up. When I contacted the office at 9 am on the 19th, they told me that in spite of confirming they had never put our home on their schedule. They offered to come two days later and give me a 20% discount. Later they did offer to come the next day. Both of these options were inconvenient and unacceptable to me as I would have had a house full of out-of-town guests by then. Because I wanted this cleaning on a specific date, I had booked 3 weeks ahead. I usually do my own cleaning a bit at a time but since having health problems I bring in Details when I need to have the house clean all at once, usually 1-2 times a year. They have been reliable in the past.

The women arrived early and were friendly, quick and efficient. The apartment was spectacular when they were done. They answered questions and if they didn't know they found out. The overall service was excellent and the coordination of service was simple and timely.

The service was absolutely great! It's the cleanest my house has been since I moved in over 2 years ago.

They brought their own equipment and supplies and did a great job. Were a bit late because they got lost but other than that, everything went smoothly. The invoice sent the following day did not include the Angies List discount so I called and that was corrected immediately.

They just did not communicate in a timely manner. For a company to get an A grading, I assume that their communication is more timely

On time and was very thorough. Worth every penny.

It went very well. They came out with 2 people one worked upstairs one downstairs, very polite, prompt, and professional. They did an amazing job and we had no problems what so ever.

Job was done very well. They have now been in three times - once for a deep clean, once for a recurring cleaning, and once to clean our carpets. Each time they have shown up on time and done a great jobs. The deep cleaning was great - their level of detail was more than we expected. The carpet cleaning actually was able to clean up some stains we did not think they would be able to get out (nail polish), but they were successful and we're quite pleased. We have them set up to come in on a recurring basis and would recommend them to others. The only thing that "went wrong" was that our first cleaning and carpet cleaning were scheduled at the same time, but the contact us as soon as they realized it and we worked out an alternate plan that worked for everyone.

It was fine. I was satisfied. They did a good job. They were on time. They did the work as promised and they did it for the price they said.

They do an extremely thorough job. They will change our sheets for us if we leave out a fresh set. They are flexible if there are particular things we want them to pay attention to. I wish there was more flexibility in the time that they come, but they have a packed schedule.

The only reason for the negative on the question of "time" is because we contacted them in late August for the first time, and our project didn't really get started as soon as we expected. Several times we were told the "crew" was coming on Monday, but they didn't actually come until either the next day or two days later. Some of this was weather delays, because when they finally did get started it was into winter weather in November. The project was finished in mid-December, actually just a few days before Christmas. They were very helpful in getting us full dollar from the Insurance Company. The first adjuster was going to only do 1/2 of our roof, but the Contractor helped us see that this was not reasonable given the Bloomington regulations requiring full roof replacement. They also allowed us to do some of the work ourselves so we could add overhangs on our roof and this gave us a better finished look in keeping with the character of the house. The Project Manager/Salesman was Nick, and he was absolutely top notch!! I couldn't say enough about his helpfulness and meeting often enough with us to answer any of our concerns. He returned our calls the same day, and often within an hour or two at the most. I would give Nick an A++ for his attentiveness and servant heart. I was impressed and grateful too. The workers were amazingly quick. The roof took about 8 hours from tear off to full replacement. We hardly knew they were there because they used equipment that lessened the pounding. They put up scaffolding and sealed the holes made in the roofing to make sure there were going to be no leaks in the future. Overall we were pleased with the labor crews also. Because it was winter when they finished, they returned after the spring thaw to run the magnet over the lawn again, so my grandsons would not pick up any nails in their feet when playing near the house. This really meant a lot to me.

The team was on time and did a wonderful job. They worked diligently and the house has never been cleaner. I've not been able to get our glass shower doors clean and they were sparkling. They were friendly and well prepared. We would use them again. My only recommendation for change would be a list of what they typically clean in a period of time-I would have prioritized things differently.

After buying the AL 6-hour cleaning coupon I received a call from the company to see if there was anything specific I'd like to have cleaned above and beyond the 'normal' dusting and vacuuming such as clean the refrigerator, ceiling fans, etc. I agreed to have this and other suggestions done up to the price of the coupon. The cleaners showed up on schedule and did a very good job with the basics especially dusting all sides of an item, not just the top (which I have had a hard time with other cleaners). They also cleaned the burners on the stove, the refrigerator, and changed bed sheets among other things Communication was fine but I l have some minor hearing loss making it harder to understand the workers who didn't speak English natively. They had no problem understanding me, however. My house doesn't take 6 hours to clean and I would have liked to have used 1/2 of the coupon now & 1/2 later but unfortunately that was not allowed. Overall, they did a wonderful job.

I hired Details Residential Services to help prepare my former rental for a move-out prior to the landlord scheduling showings. I was very impressed by my entire experience with both the folks in the business office and the cleaners as well. Everything was handled professionally, they did exactly as I requested and hoped. I was impressed enough to schedule regular bi-monthly cleanings with them. While this alone might not say much, I've been through a number of dramatic and traumatic experiences with cleaners and these guys just won my confidence. I am looking forward to the extra services they offer to detail your home, it's above and beyond what other companies offer. Yes, there's an extra fee, but really, if it buys back time with my family, its absolutely worth it!

They were prompt in responding to our request, punctual, and did an excellent job of cleaning the house. We will definitely use them again.

I have used "Details" for about 6 months. A crew of 3 comes every two weeks and cleans my 1650 sqft house (3 BR 2 BR) for 135. We spend about an hour getting the house ready before for the cleaning - removing items from countertops, floors,etc so they can be efficient. For the most part they do a great job. I love that this service is completely hassle-free for me. I have only been in touch with their office two or three times. They charge my credit card so I don't even have to write a check. The team that comes to my house is very professional, always on time, friendly but not intrusive, not loud, which is nice for me because I work from home on some days. My life is much improved since I hired them!

While the cleaning services initially provided weren't exactly what we had hoped for them to be, we couldn't be more impressed with the owner's responsiveness. When we discussed our issues with Details they listened, took full responsibility for what was missed, and immediately offered to send another crew out at no charge. High integrity and great support.

A two man team arrived on time and proceeded to clean the entire house thoroughly. They normally only work until noon on Saturday but these guys didn't balk at staying until 1:30pm when the job was completed right. If you are moving in or out this company was a pleasure to work with.

We had a 3 man crew and they were done in less than 2 hours. Great work, extremely clean when they were finished. Far better than other services we have had in here.
