Thanks for taking the time to submit this report. We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the results of your onetime cleaning on 8/24/2015. Our guarantee is simple, if you were not happy with the results and let us know, we would have come back and addressed the items/areas that you felt were missed or not cleaned in the manner they should have been. Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are happy with the final results, especially since we will perform over 14,000 cleanings this year. Sometimes things do get missed, we do not want this to happen but it does. This is why we are the only cleaning company that has a no questions asked guarantee. Prior to your service we sent you a document that outlines how our service works, the following paragraph is listed on that document. “If the homeowner is home we do a walk-through, so we can catch anything that might have been missed or not done to the owner’s complete satisfaction. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to notify the cleaning team that you will be performing a walk-through. If a walk-through is not completed and items were missed, Details will come back when time allows to address any issues.” We understand that not all home owners can be home when we finish a onetime cleaning, that is why we send off the following e-mail the same day of the cleaning. “It was our pleasure to have cleaned your home today. As you know, we primarily grow through word of mouth and referrals. If there is any reason you cannot recommend Details to your friends and family, please let us know so we can take care of the issue right away. In the next few days you will receive a brief feedback survey about today’s cleaning. Please take a few moments to complete the survey. We review the scores and comments each week to ensure we continue to meet our clients’ needs. Again, we appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.” While we do not dispute this customer report, we only wish they would have contacted us and let us know they were not satisfied with the final results, this report is the first time we heard there was an issue.
