Everything went perfectly! Rob came out on a Sunday morning (in the rain, no less!) and immediately got to work troubleshooting and coming up with the best solution for us. He went so far as to talk to our neighbor to see if our now severed cable was in their closet (which it was...we never would've thought the floorers would do that!). After he actually located our cable, he made super quick work of pulling it up through our floor and nicely patching the hole...you can hardly tell there's a hole there. He was nice enough to run the ethernet cord we also needed into the bedroom through the wall for us. All-in-all, he was great! Would 100% recommend both him and his work!

I'd observed work by Rob in the past and knew then, I would hire him to do work for me and from start to finish, the service was truly exceptional. He arrived on time, calling several times to inform me of his estimated arrival time. When he arrived, he conducted a very thorough recon of the service area and got to work. I am very pleased and the thoroughness and speed of his work. He mounted very large TVs on special rotating brackets, mounted shelving and truly made the area look first class and professional. Custom Low Voltage came out to mount my full motion TV mount over the fireplace. Robert's service was really fast with good quality. He explained everything that he was going to do. He asked me how do I want my tv, bluray and sound system. After the tv mount was installed, he put the tv and concealed all the cables hiding them in order to have a better look of my living room. At the end, he cleaned everything and my system was ready to be in use. I am really happy with my service and definitely I recommend his service to everyone!

He was on time and did a great job. He mounted my TV over the fireplace and it looks great. Love it, he also did a great job of running and hiding the wires.

I had a wonderful experience with Rob. He called ahead and let me know that he could arrive early if I would like (Yes!) He took his time assessing what my wants/needs were and fully explained two options for completing the work. He advised which he thought would be most effective (which was actually the less expensive option!), patiently answered my questions and helped me come to a well-informed decision on which course of action we wanted to take. He listened well and explained his reasoning based on his experience. He then went to work and worked efficiently and at a good pace. I was juggling taking care of my baby, too, who was having a really hard day, and not only was he understanding of me being pulled in different directions, he was patient in waiting for my responses to his follow-up questions as he worked (where, exactly, I wanted the TV placed, etc.) Some of the drill-work through my cabinetry was a little sloppy, but it was a complicated piece of furniture to maneuver through, and he even went out of his way to pick up caulking to match the paint color and patch the spot where some of the wood chipped. In the end, he did excellent work hiding our wires in the least invasive, but aesthetically pleasing way, and he did a fantastic job mounting our TV. He even studied it to make sure it was perfectly level and corrected what must have only been a half-centimeter of tilt. He went above and beyond by helping program one of our remotes to the TV (we had been using 2--one for power and volume & the other for cable). He also offered suggestions on a product we might want to look into (infrared transmitter) since our cable box and DVD player are in a cabinet. Overall, he went above and beyond in our service. I would highly recommend him and I believe you can trust your project to him. I would recommend him to my family and friends any day!

I had an old 50-inch plasma (10 years old) mounted over my fireplace that finally died. I replaced it with a new 55-inch flat screen. I needed someone to take down the old one, mount the new one, and connect it (wires in the wall) to all my AV equipment in a built in cabinet. Rob was the PERFECT choice! He was available when I needed him. He was on time! He was quick! He explained what he was doing! He shared with me options I had for wiring! He gave suggestions! He cleaned up! And he even came back a couple of days later when I decided to add one more component (and needed a bit of help running those wires behind the wall)! He's a professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him, and will be sure to call on him again should I need any other services he provides.

I went wonderfully. They were clean and professional. He even made a trip to home depot for me for a piece that would enhance the cosmetic look. Ran a couple extra cable as back up for issues later if they arise. I had a remote issue and he came back late that night to show me how it worked. It was not project related just helped with making things awesome. Configured my sound bar and made sure all the cables were hidden. Cleaned a spot on my carpet that he thought he made. But it was not his spot. But cleaned it anyway. Great guys. Coming back soon for sure.

The assessment went well. Rob was able to assess the issue immediately and provide my home theater system with audio. I was amazed because it took him a only a few minutes to figure out what was wrong compared to others who were not able to assess the situation in its entirety. Rob rectified the problem and now I'm one happy lady. It was evident that he was a true professional who is very knowledgable in this area. I will be scheduling another appointment with him soon to simply my home theater. I highly recommend Custom Low Voltage to anyone who cares about professionalism and quality work.
