It was hell in a nutshell. They blocked 2 exits from my house but worse they NEVER looked at where they were dumping snow on. They dumped snow on top of my mini split and the immense weight ripped the mini split off my house and stand. Now itâ s about to fall to the ground. Their price for this disaster was 3 xâ s any one else. NEVER use this company

Couldn't remove the ice jam myself, thought $365. An hr. Was a little pricey. Don't know too many people that could afford 3,000$ for this job . But with lots of water damage ,I really didn't have a choice . As the dozen or more ice remover people were all busy. But they did an excellent job. Split Rock...good job boys!

Alliance responded immediately to my request for an estimate to remove ice dams on our roof. Price was competitive with other estimates I received. They promised to do the work the next day. They showed up on time the next day and worked hard the entire time they were on site. Did an excellent job. The cost of the project came in as proposed. Would definitely hire them again.

The crew was friendly, worked efficiently and went above and beyond to help us with branches on our roof while removing the snow. They arrived at our home the day after we received the quote and finished the job in a couple of hours. We were very pleased with this company and the work they did.

Very professional. Responded very quickly. Have a quote, established how to pay, signed a contract. Work was completed within a 4 hour window and they did an excellent job and cleaned the site up. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

I did not realize the amount of ice that would be left as a result of steam cleaning. It is all around the walkways and the slanted driveway. Can't use ice melt as there is no place for water to run. Fortunately i have a lot of sand (or did have).

Very prompt and professional but very expensive. Left a lot of snow behind after clearing plow mess from end of my driveway.

I called Alliance to snow plow my and my daughters driveways due to heavy compacted snow and bad ruts. the receptionist was very helpful and set an appointment for an estimate the next day. I was called when the representative was on his way. He was very professional and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to do the job that afternoon. they were great, it was very hard on their equipment but kept working until the job was done. Great job, I would highly recommend them.

They did damage to a skylight but made prompt repairs. I would use them again for roofing and snow removal

At the exhorbant price you charge the customer should not be eating the cost of your set up and take down. Obviously you werenâ t removing the Ice dams when you set up and we should not have to be charged for that. It should be included in the $350/hr charge. I will reconsider if I need further ice dam removal Otherwise the job was performed satisfactorily

The workers were very good and did an awesome job! My only disappointment was how expensive it was. Iâ ll be calling my home insurance to see if theyâ ll help me out with the cost. Otherwise they were great!
