I called on a weekend and was surprised to talk to a real person, who was great - she got me an appointment right then too! They arrived when they said they would, got a door that was in horrible shape working like new, replaced the rollers and adjusted everything. The door opener I have is bottom of the line but they didn't push to upgrade, but they do sell and install those too, so when I can afford it I'll definitely be calling them - and for any future tuneups as well!

Took about 1 hour. All tasks performed professionally and efficiently. Service man was friendly and informative.

Very well - door rattled before he fixed it. I was concerned every time & opened garage door before he fixed it but now it is great. He really worked hard.

Horrible getting through to schedule an appointment. Told them in advance I may need a new garage door and they didn't come prepared. Made gave us an over priced estimate.

Called to schedule within 4 hour window. Called the day of the installation to tell me the installer was on his way. Showed up 30 minutes later and began work. Second man showed up later to check the work and help complete the installation. Helped me program the keypad, gave me all the paperwork and left. Took everything with them, area was left clean.

I had actually purchased one of their offers through Angie's List. What I signed up for and the reality of the work ended up being vastly different. We have an old house and the garage door was completely rigged up. We went from a tune-up to having to get the whole thing done. The work they did was excellent. My only complaint was that the garage door was completely rigged up. I talked to them about it and they are aware of it and they have already apologized. They had provided an estimate for it but had thought that they would be able to utilize the existing garage door. When they came back, they realized once they started looking at it in detail that they weren’t able to do that, but then they gave me a fair deal and stuff on a new door so I told them that I wish they had taken a little bit of extra time to take a closer look at things on the estimate. They did a nice job of handling the situation and realized that it wasn't an ideal situation. Overall I was really pleased with the way they handled it.

They were great and very helpful. They gave us a bid on a separate job, as well, with no purchase to buy up and I appreciated that.

The job was done as scheduled and the technician assured me we will not have these troubles anymore. Only -10 degrees will tell!!

They were very professional. He did lubricate the door and repaired the track. He did a good job for what he was able to do.

Our garage door was rickety and I figured was on its last days. The repair person Kevin said we might have to replace a part that was sagging but then tried to get the door to work better. The frame was bent and it rattled like crazy when the door went up and down, but somehow he adjusted it so it works much, much better. I was prepared to buy a whole new door. He told me how to oil it in the future so it stays in good condition. I would definitely use A1 in the future. They are honest and know what they're doing. I don't know anything about garage doors -which was obvious- so I appreciated their help even more.

This company is a real winner. On time, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was explained as the work was done, and the work area cleaned up before leaving. I was even given tips on door maintenance to help things last longer. The work was done right. I would definitely use them again.

In addition to the basic work, the service man also installed a pull rope so my garage door could be opened manually in the event of power failure. I didn't have one before this (and didn't even realize it). This took some work to get it adjusted properly, and wasn't even on the original plan. I was very happy that he did this for me. I purchased the deal on a Weds and was able to get them out right away on Friday (since I was going to be at home that day). I was very pleased with their efforts to fit me in.

The technician was very courteous. When he came out the rollers they were going to be putting on the garage door were a little too large, so they could not replace the ones I had. He told me the ones we had were in good condition and gave me some tips on how I could extend the life of those rollers.

They came out and fixed the garage door that day,even though they were very busy they squeezed us in. Everything was done quickly and professionally. FYI - This company has changed its name to - A1 Accurate Garage Door

The springs broke late Saturday night. So, Sunday morning I went to the computer and looked up garage door companies for service. I either got an automated message that the company was not available on the weekends, or I actually talked to people at the businesses that I called. Pretty much everyone told me that if I wanted them to come out on the weekend, their would be a minimum 2 hour charge, at the weekend rate, and then parts, etc, would be additional. The prices were pretty much in the $300.00 dollar and higher range. So, I found Precision Garage Door also. I called and talked to Jill. I told her what we needed and asked about the price. She said it would be $169.00. When I asked her approximately what the springs and other parts might cost, she advised me that the $169.00 was all inclusive!!!!! Well, it was pretty much an easy decision. By early evening Sunday, Jill's husband and co-owner of the business, Kevin, was at our house. In about an hour, he had both old springs out, the new ones in, then lubricated not only the door her worked on, but went over to the second single stall door and lubricated that one and made sure all adjustments were okay. All of this for $169.00, and on a Sunday evening!!! They now have a new customer for as long as they are in business. Thanks Jill and Kevin.

Because it was 1:00am and emergency, we payed double the price. They were not hesitant to come out at that hour!
